The staff at the reception, bars, and the restaurants were absolutely amazing. They were super attentive and caring. Mr. Safa at the reception during the night shifts was super energetic and helpful.. The food veriaty, taste, and quality was top notch. Multiple times, I had special requests that were addressed respectfully and promptly. The cocktails made at the bars are Kirman especials, definitely recommended.

The staff were friendly and always helpful, especially Sarkan who could do not enough to help rectify any issue we had. The main restaurant for lunch and dinner was great, with so much variety for everyone, so much better than the A la Carte restaurants.

The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

It's a nice hotel. I'd say the remarkable event about it was actually the assistants Esra and Timur, before our arrival they created a whatsapp group, answered all the questions. The would greet you in the morning, send you the program of activities (unfortunately we didn't do any,we went out during the days) they also were kind to assist in booking the dining restaurents, we tried 2, ZASYA is a must! The food court offer some nice options too for lunch. although you can also attend the restaurents without reservations. The breakfast is good as well.
