My son had surgery on Friday and this hotel was location near the place he was getting his surgery. But the most important thing I like was the staff the consideration of the staff. He had to have ice packs afterwards and they allow we to store them in the hotel freezer. The first young lady at check in mention it to the front desk staff and everyone knew and did their best to make sure we were comfortable.
