Savannah, the Front Desk personnel was really helpful, with a superb customer service. We had an issue with booking.com website booking (they never did the reservation at the hotel because apparently they forgot) and Savannah managed the issue directly with them so we could be as comfortable as possible. She went above and beyond. Best customer service I’ve had in a hotel ever
