The proximity to the beach was perfect and it was barely 5 minutes walk to the town centre. All around were great restaurants. Bike rentals were a few minutes away. Always, there were wonderful opportunities for people watching with surfers, bike riders, walkers, musicians, young families playing in the sand… The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t want for any amenity. Every morning outside the elevators was tasty hot coffee while during the day ice cold strawberry cucumber water was available. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and served with a smile.

Even though the hotel is undergoing exterior renovations the rooms, hallways, reception area were well-appointed. The presence and convenience of a breakfast room with a morning meal, plus late afternoon/early evening snacks and beverages, were very appreciated perks. Ninety percent of the reception staff was truly welcoming and willing to accommodate us throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was efficient, friendly, and professional.

Pleasantly surprised at the room and its useful space; very clean and fresh. Comfortable beds with elegant linens. Toiletries and towels are provided. Neal the manager made our stay in Ventura one we would like to repeat. Cafe Nouveau is nearby (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the brewery/pizzeria down the street was fun, although driving there is best.
