The cottage is located 5 miles outside of the park and has everything you need, like kitchen, fridge, kettle... The kids loves the loft and enjoyed playing guitar overthere. We will come back if we visit the big island again.

This was our first time going to a B&B because we usually travel with extended family. The morning breakfast was soooo good and we lucked out with the other travelers that were staying there at the same time. Besides Joan’s expertise of the area, the other couple was extremely knowledgeable and breakfast turned out to be informative, delicious and fun! The bed was really comfortable and Joan’s living/dining room is a trip! We’d stay there again without question.
