I booked it for my boyfriends birthday and they even had a little surprise dessert set up. I love the decor it’s a mix of old and modern. Breakfast was great! Stayed there for two nights and each morning the breakfast was something different. Even the yogurt and drinks are of high quality.

Great location. Riverfront and close enough to walk to Falls on both sides. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to any request.

What an amazing place to spend a few days!! Located close to downtown Niagara on the Lake, Donna and Fernando were the most welcoming hosts. Their beautiful home provided us with a safe and extremely comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided great information about the local area with helpful tips like where to park and wineries to visit. Breakfasts were amazing. Different each day and Fernando catered to some dietary restrictions without any problem and was only too happy to oblige. Fernando you were right. Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. We have never felt so welcomed and loved from a stranger 😆 as soon as we came through the door, we were meet by such warm greetings. We had the option to do a self check-in, but due to lack of reception, we completely missed that important email from our booking! No fault of the Susan's Villa, as all of the information was graciously explained at our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The walk was wonderful and Niagara Falls were close. Parking was included. The rooms were very nice and amenities were all in great condition! Alice and her husband were very kind and warm! This place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient that it was an absolute gem. 10/10 - would visit again!

We visited Niagara Falls with 3 kids (ages 10, 5, and 1), and absolutely loved everything about this place! It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and breakfast was simply incredible (also huge!!). The place is big and has lots of room to play and also to work (if you need to work remotely). The location couldn’t be more perfect because the house is a few minutes walk from all the attractions but it is still quiet. Kids loved the backyard and for us, the free parking was a bonus. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend !!!!
