There was plenty of everything - excellent buffet selection for breakfast and dinner - plenty of games and entertainment for the kids and adults, great location, close to beach |

Nice comfortable room, great choice of food at breakfsat and dinner. Pleasant and helpful staff. Generally good value. Queue for tea and coffee at breakfast. Charge for sunbed mattress. Health centre is run by one person so it was not possible to book same time treatments for two people. |

The Location of the Hotel was very good with just a short walk downhill to Fanebe Beach. The All Inclusive element was very good value considering the Euro/Pound exchange rate. The breakfast buffet was a bit manic!! |

Een niet te groot hotel met een zeer goede ligging, een goede keuken die voor ieder wat wils heeft. s'Avonds gevarieerd muziek aanbod op het terras in het hotel. Kortom, heel leuk en vlot hotel. |

Las habitaciones eran muy confortables y amplias, la limpieza muy buena, cambiaban las toallas a diario. El personal muy amable y atento. No se ve el mar apenas y además nos tocó una habitacion con vistas a la rampa trasera de carga y descarga del hotel, un horror!. La comida pesima, no habia variedad, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, la comida muy mala, con lo del todo incluido se ve que han abaratado los costes y este es el resultado. |

La relación precio calidad.La comida está aceptable. No me ha gustado tener que pagar por el gimnasio, la sauna etc. |

el personal es excelente, la situacion cerca de la playa de fañabe. la comida podria mejorar mucho en variedad y calidad, cobran las hamacas del solarium por separado a los clientes que no van en TI hasta cierta hora (unos pagan y otros no) |

La habitación estaba bien para ir con niños zona de piscina muy estrecha para hamacas.Comedor con mucha gente.Estuvimos un rato esperando por mesa a pesar de ir temprano. |

Cercania a zonas comerciales Buffet escaso, ruidoso si la habitacion esta proxima a la zona deportiva, cucaracha en habitacion!! |

Sauberkeit, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, Lage ( obwohl Weg zum Strand sehr steil war ) eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war völlig inkompetent, wußte z.B. nicht, dass der Bus zum Flughafen oberhalb des Hotels abfuhr, war nicht bereit, Ausflüge zu buchen, andere konnten sofort helfen |

lo mejor la ubicación y la animación la habitación para cuatro personas como la ofrecen, se queda muy pequeña. en lineas generales 4, son muchas estrellas para el hotel. el comedor también se queda pequeño para tanta gente |
