It is billed as being near the airport; however, the only way to get to the airport is a relatively expensive taxi ride (about 25 Euros) or a really long Metro ride (50 minutes). That should be made clear when they say "near the airport." |

Good free wi-fi connection in room. The hotel was generally fine, but for the ones who wishes to go to Madrid center, be aware that the taxi to and from Madrid costs around 25-30 euro (one way)... |

The room was fine, the only member of staff that we seen was very helpful, though he clearly needed help. There was no dining facilities on the night we stayed - due, apparently, to it being a fiesta day ?? |

El trato del personal es excelente, son muy amables y profesionales. Aunque está al lado de la autopista, no se oye nada de ruido, es muy confortable el hotel. La cama es enorme, me encanta. El baño es un poco pequeño para 2 personas, pero para 1 está bien. Como sugerencia, recomiendo a todos los hoteles que tienen las bañeras tan altas que estas son un poco peligrosas para la gente mayor, sobre todo al salir de la misma. Por favor, tengan un poco de consideración con ellos, se pueden hacer daño. Yo misma tenía que tener cuidado. |

Muy silencioso, limpio, moderno y con personal muy amable. Bien comunicado. Restaurante cerrado siendo necesario acudir al Room-service para cenar. El lobby bar estaba un poco desatendido, esperé más de 15 minutos a que viniera alguien a atenderme y el Barman, tras ponerme una bebida, desapareció definitivamente, siendo imposible pedir nada más. |

Coincidió mi estancia en domingo. No conocía el precio reducido de final de semana. Fué, para mi, muy rentable. Por eso, calidad-precio, fué sorprendente. Procuraré repetir. El aparcamiento gratuito fué otra sorpresa agradable. El precio del desayuno me pareció excesivo.Fué la única nota disonante. |

La atención recibida La falta de espacio en los aseos. Uso una silla de ruedas y no he podido disponer de uno aseo en el que cupiera (ni siquiera precisaba de un aseo adaptado). |

Se encentra en una zona muy tranquila con una boca de metro cercana y el parking es gratuito. Creo que debería tener más instalaciones (piscina, spa, etc...). Quizas sea demasiado serio, mas para ejecutivos y reuniones de empresa. |

La comodidad de la cama, a parte de muy grande. La habitacion estaba muy limpia. Lo mejor de todo es que el wifi y el garaje era gratis, cosa que nos pareció muy importante. El recepcionista que nos tocó por la mañana era un poco soso, pero tanto la chica como el chico más joven eran encantadores. Las almuadas de la habitacion eran un poco bajas y pedimos un cambio y en menos de 10 minutos teniamos las almuadas en el cuarto, asi que nos fuimos encantados de alli. |
