Good staff and location. One of the cleanest rooms we ever had! Only minor incoviences: Walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear what someone else in the other room is doing. Some maintance work occured at 8 o'clock in the morning tha woke us up. |

The hotel is very close to bus station and train station, the room wasn't big but was clean and comfort. Not for family leisure but for business trip this is one of the best hotels in Alicante. |

The very friendly, helpful staff. I really liked the design and I liked the idea of space---- very spacious. I thought the breakfast was a little pricey. I thought our bedroom(601) quite small. I realise the time spent in bedrooms generally is quite short,but, the desk was so near the foot of the bed that it was quite dangerous. |

We were very impressed with the hotel, very comfortable and relaxing. reception staff very friendly and helpful. yes, the only one complaint which we have was on friday, sunday night myself and my wife spent some time in the bar, the girl working was very unpleasant and had no manners at all. it does not cost anything to be nice. we also found it quiet unusual not to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. I myself work in the hotel business and i was very impressed with my stay. |

the location,friendly staff in all areas ie bar, breakfast room, reception and so on. one dislike was asking for coffee at breakfast and just being brought a cup instead of a pot of coffee |

Hotel was very clean and good located near shop, quite far from beach. The walls were extremelly thin, could hear absolutely everything, I did not like the view from our `balcony`, have only seen other windows. |

Cleanliness of hotel Not enough windows. Rooms were a bit dark and windows opened out onto a central courtyard which was in shadow due to the buildings surrounding it. |

It was difficult to find, the room was very small and the air condidtions needs upgrading (noisey). I don't understand the four star rating. |

Kindly staff Third bed wasn't comfortable; only few of staff speak English; parking in hotel garage isn't free for guests and they hadn't explained to us how to park and pay for it on the street. |

the hotel was very modern and clean. it was in a pretty good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. the only thing i would say is that the tv could have at least one english chanel that isnt CNN ior BBC ... but we wernt in our room that often... |

All the staff were exellent and very helpfull,room was a bit small only stayed for two days if staying longer would upgrade. Aircon. was not great had to stand beside it to get cool,was very warm when we stayed. |

cleanes, helpfull personal first night give us small room down floor without daylight and much air but asked for change and then we had nice big room. Very gold aircondition in foiye. |

As soon as you entered the hotel, everything was great. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were all freindly and professional. The bar menu was not particularly well advertised. The times you could have something to eat etc. - Minor problem. |

The lay out of the room was very nice and we had enough space for two adults anda small child. It was also very quiet which was nice in the evening.The gym was very good. I think they could extend the sun rof area on top of the hotel to incorporate the other side andhave some umbrella's up there for shade. Also it would be nice to have some table and chairs in the evening so you could go up there and have a drink and look over the castle etc |

As it,s about 10 minute walk to the center and the beach, we enjoyed the excersise,so people shoud not be concerned about the distance,the hotel was just right for a city break,we liked everything about the hotel,and competitive pricing,and the area is well lit up around the hotel No simple as that, |
