The location is very good. There is near the Guggenheim Musium. At night, the front man is maybe drunk. But the other is good. |

Easy to find, by the Zubizuri Bridge, and a good location for exploring the city. Staff were very helpful; the safety deposit box in the room wasn't working, but was fixed immediately it was reported to Reception. Standard rooms have no view, as they look out over an air/light well; but this is no doubt reflected in the price. And there is no traffic noise. |

The location with a reasonable price, it was a real value, view of River with the balcony was great because it was nice to step outside and enjoy the view, excellent & friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice room with nice bathroom. |

The friendly atmosphere and the excelent service from the staff Breakfast was not included but I've noticed that the buffet was very tiny. |

Room was small, no fridge bathroom and room were clean. over the bridge from tram stop. Fine for walking 15 - 20 min walk from Railway station. We had room 114 which was small but very quiet. As did not hear the festival. Watch the shower some times spikes with hot water we found this funny... Well my wife did as it gives you a shock... Best way to explain it when some one turns the tap on the water temp changes no big drama... |

This hotel has got a good location in the city of Bilbao: this is very practical. During my stay, there was no problem. Some employees speak english which is very difficult to find in the city of Bilbao. The quality of this hotel is good, and the quality/price rate is one of the best in Bilbao. If you want a lower price (that's what I wanted), you will obtain a room with windows on the rear of the building. The view is very bad. The window can be treated with artificially blur, and you won't be able to look through it. I do not recommand for people with claustrophobia. However, you will be in the silence because you won't hear the noise of the street. |

Located right in the heart of Bilbao with easy walking distance to the Guggenheim and the Old city. Very happy with the staff. Would definitly recommend to book a room with balcony as we did. |

Room was very clean. Very small but clean room. Room was very noisy. Could hear other rooms using the toilets. Could hear people walking in their room above me.Opening the window(no vieuw) noise and kitchen smell!!! |

Staff excellent and general hotel standard v. good. If arriving on motorbike, there is free bike parking just along the road which was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of choice for breakfast, very quiet in hotel and also free internet which was useful. Do NOT eat in the restaurant, it was awful for dinner (breakfast v. good) and a total rip off. Also had several power cuts during the second night / morning which was a bit annoying when lights kept going off but not sure what the cause was. |
