the staff, the location, the design of the rooms,

the walls are thin, the beds are to hard, and when you order a double bed you expect to get a bed that stay`s together, not two beds that goes apart all the time and are not comfortable to sleep in.

Very friendly staff, pet-friendly hotel, great location

Rooms are not in great condition, bathroom fixtures falling apart, floors dusty and room and bathroom not well cleaned, bed uncomfortable, bathroom and room could have been cleaner, no coffee facilities except at breakfast

Good access to the city centre, shopping and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed.

Although the bathroom made good use of space, the lavatory was placed far too close to the wall to be able to sit on ! Also at night the hotel was very noisy as other guests returned to their rooms late. The hotel needs to be more clear on car parking arrangements - we were given a ticket by the hotel, but had already parked our car in the underground carpark, only to find that we should have presented the hotel's prepaid ticket to the attendant at the time of parking. We scrapped the hotel's arrangement and paid the full price in the end. Checkout staff were not helpful in resolving the issue.

The hotel is clean, stylish and room is big. The location is perfect which is located close to 2 shopping areas. Also there is internet access which is suitable for business trip purpose. The taxi stand is ust outside the hotel, very convenient.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of Bilbao festival and the advice we were given on where to eat was excellent. Everyone in the city was very friendly. We will definitely go again. The hotel design is great and it is well located in the old town. Parking is a short walk away.

Although breakfast was otherwise good it was disappointing not to have fresh orange juice

Grubby and falling apart, broken bannister rails, wallpaper falling off. Fancy doors that catch on electric light fittings...

The location within the old city is wonderful for strolling. The room was a little tight but totally acceptable. The Guggenheim is about a 15 minute walk past all the city shopping. Bilbao is a fabulous city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were available which made our stay more pleasant. The decor is stylish but the finishes need renovation. Large room, comfortable beds, very clean, quiet, central and the price was excellent - would definitely stay there again.

The card keys never worked when returning to our room & we had to keep returning to reception for them to be re-programmed.

The location is excellent and staff is friendly. These make up for the decor. It wasn't to be trendy but doesn't hit the mark.

Good location in the old town, with easy access to tranceportation．the staff were very kind & friendly when I rent a free bike.
