I liked a good location of the hotel, good staff, good room, tasty breakfast.

Good location for exploring Barcelona. Smart, comfortable hotel.

Yes location is perfect! Can walk to everything. Metro really close and easy to use. Can walk from Aerobus too. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Room 212 and 704 with balconies were both great rooms. Breakfast buffet was good. A little expensive but worth it in a hotel package for convienence. Do not eat on La Ramblas, too expensive. Wander around a few streets into Gothic area for good, less expensive food. Picasso museum free on 1st sunday of month. Wear bathing suit under clothes down to beach area...you will want to join in.

Yes the walls are thin and beds are hard, but the loaction is worth it.

Very comfortable, very clean, quiet and reasonably sized room; best location in Barcelona; pleasant staff; good breakfast; nice view from our 7th floor room.

Very disapointing, this is not a 4 stars hotel!!!I am a very experienced person with regards to Hotels, no chairs at the reception, the toilets and furniture old..Nothing to do with 4 stars. This neighborhood is full of Hotels at the same rate, I am really sad we had to do with this one.

We loved the access to the rooftop patio on the 7th floor. It is a beautiful view of the city from the patio.

The staff were friendly and provided good information on parking and requested sites.

Excellent location in the middle of everything, very clean, parket floor, quiet room with double glazed windows, 22" LCD TV but only 2 channels in english, AC a bit weak for a hot day, worked fine at night. The included breakfast buffet was nice but the coffee was bad.

I really appreciate the kind hotel staff whom helped carring my heavy luggages to the taxi on the day I departured.

Room was serviced every day with clean towels, step out of hotel and your right near the shopping district. Family room on the top floors have balcony's over looking main square. Busy area at night you can here abit of noise but sound proof walls/glass but this just added to the feel of Barcelona. We loved it. We ate out, lots of places to eat. The top of La Rambla is just across the square. 4 day trip was excellent!!!!
