The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Surprised to see many power points available. Convenient and near to Metro Sants Estacio. The kitchen does not have cleaning accessories and detergents. |

It s more than a hotel.I Asked for a upgrade of my room for some private reasons, and they did it without any questions, so I got an amasing apartment on the highest floor with a fabulous view. I love that please so peaceful but at the same time, so convenient to go in town |

Excellent location, just in front of the main train station: 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the centre by train. Touristic bus stop is just in front. Supermarket nearby. All the necessary for cooking inside. We had a 2 person loft suite, but we could be 4 persons. Calm aria. Surprisingly, there was no soap in the bathroom, though shampoo was. In addition, there was no detergents to wash dishes. The design is modern, but quite cold, no even small carpets on the floor. No room cleaning service included (15Euros extra). Finally, it was my first experience with "apartment" type hotels. As it was quite expensive, I would recommend it for groups of friends and families. |

The apartment was very spacious. It was very handy having your own kitchen to cook after being at the markets and selecting your produce. Great view and lots of cupboard space. Great location! right next to the train station. The airconditioning did not work and the TV did not work upon arrival (we arrived at 9pm). Although the towels were changed every day the room did not appear to have been cleaned (eg. hair/dust on floor). |

The location near Sants Station was very convenient, the rooms were spacious and very modern decorated. Nice! I missed a water boiler or a kettle. We had to boil water in cups in the microwave in order to make tea... |

Very helpful staff. (I got conned out of my credit card and the clerk helped me to cancel the card quickly). I hadn't stayed in a appartment hotel for some 20 years, but I definitely will try to stay in a similar place on our next visit abroad. We are both over 65 and prefer to stay in in the evening and get our own meal. The main snag was that it was not in the historic centre. We found the underground rather bizarre, as if you changed lines, you had to go up to street level!! The suite was really spacious. Just very minor points. - a tin-opener would be useful. |

super, el personal muy agradable y el apartamento estupendo. Amplio, luminoso y acojedor. Ademas con la estación de tren, restaurantes, tiendas y hasta un cine delante del hotel no room service....... |

ik vond ons verblijf in just style uitstekend. Ik heb geen enkele klacht. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, zeer behulpzaam, ze legde ons echt alles uit wat we wilde weten. Beste eten, leuke winkelplaatsen, wat we wel en niet moesten doen in barcelona, neen echt tof. Ook de locatie zeer goed. Vlakbij het treinstation en metro. Gemakkelijker kon niet. Wij komen zeker terug. |

Très grande disponibilité du personnel d'accueil et look très design de l'appartement, confortable, moderne et très fonctionnel. Le voisinage de plusieurs chambres très bruyantes, en fait plusieurs couples ensemble qui ont parlé très fort et claqué les portes dans le couloir jusqu'à 2 heures du matin !! Mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de la mauvaise éducation de ses clients !! |
