We liked almost al the hotell! We had closed 3 double.The cleaners every morning cleaned, without bothering us & our things! Breakfast excellent.

Good location, close to the Rambla and to nice areas like Born. Very good breakfast.

Room was good and very clean. The included breakfast was exceptional. The front desk staff was very helpful.

i liked the rooms , they are comfortable , the breakfast is really good and the location of the hotel is close to the shopping and restaurants

the rooms dont have a mini-bar and for me this is important. its not about food and drinks only but sometimes i have medication like insulin that needs to be preserved in a fridge so its important to put there a mini-bar

homeless people on doorstep and square , poor quality of breakfast. Especially coffee and bread below acceptable , although bakkery next door

It is very close to Las Ramblas

Outside of the hotel its very dirty and a lot of drunk and homeless people; the room was very small and noisy; the bed and the pillow were extremely unconfortable; breakfast very poor; too expensive for the poor quality of the hotel

Perfect location

Zero hospitality from personnel, lack of knowledge of english, old fashioned furniture, needs to be repaired and redesigned, poor breakfast- very narrow choice, waitresses seem never like the guests.

Conveniently located; quiet; reasonable price;

There is no mini fridge inside the room; they don't automatically replenish the bathroom amenities like shampoo, shower gel and soap; no variations in breakfast; no room service; no fruits in breakfast considering that it is very close to the market not even canned fruits.

Explored the ramblas and dined out in las caricoles restaurant, visited some of the large department stores and had cava and seafood in the food market hall with the locals.

Lifts not working (all 2 of them) getting stuck in one lift for a short time, staff not very informative or friendly, very basic continental breakfast.
