The staff was corteous and smart....the guys are helpful and informative

They cud not provide us with Indian vegeterian food despite our request during the booking, however they guided us to Indian restaurants in the neighbourhood

To hot in the room...

It is a very good hotel for access to the city centre. Metro outside hotel proves very handy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

the view from the hotel room left nothing to the imagination. A dirty apartment block with washing hanging from balconies almost touching your room terrace. We had to keep the door locked and curtains closed all the time we were there.

We arrived early following our cruise and were able to check our luggage and sightsee until check in. Conveniently located and we were able to see many sights by walking. Free wireless computers in the lobby for our use.

No place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee before 7:30 am. That was perhaps the hardest mattress that I have ever tried to sleep on.

The bed was very hard and not a good quality bed at all and the towels were like sandpaper which was a pity because otherwise the hotel is excellent. The most important part of a holiday is having a comfortable bed after a long day walking around!

big clean room,everything seems to be new inside,quiet,(but we stayed at floor 7),very close to centre,metro station exactly outside the hotel( st. palal.lel-line 3),helpful and kind staff,rich breakfast( it costs 15euro pes person.if you are able to eat much it worths.also there are super markets very close-ronda de pau-) also it says that check-in is at 3 o'clock but we arrived at 10:30 and they gave us a room immediately :) also they can keep your baggages after leaving the room (you must do this at 12 exactly) until the time you want

even though the room was clean the towels in the bathroon smelled a little bit strange.at first we thought they had dustn them but all the towels we used for 6 days smelled the same. the second thing I didn't like was that there was not a balcony(we knew that),so at least we would like to be able to open the whole windows but we couldn't,only from the top

Great location, great breakfast and in the hottest half part of the year a nice little pool to cool down in (it is closed from November-March). Being just two steps from two metrolines makes it easy to get around fast.

The location is perfect, just 10 steps away from the metro. To the Ramblas, you can easily walk. The hotel has on the roof a small but nice pool, a great place for sunbathing and a fitnessroom. You also have a great view! Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked the hotel very much, but the beds were a little bit hard and the pillows too soft. But nothing to really complain about.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location was perfect and the room was big and clean.The staff was helpful and helped with our questions.

The bed wasn’t comfortable (we had twin beds).

The staff were very so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located outside metro stop. I would highly reccmmend this hotel - i can't say anything bad about it - stay there!

Clean & well run hotel. Have stayed before & would definitely stay again. Excellent.
