The hotel came up to my expectations and the food was very good. Most of the staff were friendly. The hotel was full but all services were mainly excellent. Check out on the day was 12 midday but the key to the room stopped functioning well before that time which caused some concern as luggage was in room and coach due in half hour for airport transport. Fortunately cleaner was able to assist us accessing our luggage. Check in took a long time as there were many in the queue and only 2 staff to deal with us all. |

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones, sobre todo pisina y el servicio de recepción. Habitacion asignada en la planta baja, agua de la ducha poca presión y almuerzo buffet regular |

En general todo estuvo bien en cuanto al personal y servicio (eceptuando a la recepcionista que nos atendió cuando llegamos). Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. La habitación apestaba tabaco (pedimos no fumador) comuniqué en recepción, pusieron ambientador pero no nos cambiaron. Siguiente día se lo hice saber al Dtor ya que seguía oliendo y propuso cambio pero no acepté ya que estabamos instalados. |

hotel bien situé donnant sur la plage et rues commerçantes, pas de difficulté pour le stationnement dans la rue, à 10mn de l'aéroport, buffets variés et géants tant au pdj qu'au diner, ménage quotidien de la chambre et établissement propre et bien entretenu, excellent rapport qualité/prix, ne pas hésiter à y aller. seul bémol, pas de personnel francophone et je n'ai pas aimé qu'on me demande de payer dés l'arrivée, ils avaient pourtant mon n° de CB. |
