Marina Hotel Luz

I had a very pleasant stay with this hotel, no complaints. The room was clean & efficient, the breakfast was great, and the staff helpful and cordial. A professional operation all the way around.

the nearby airport is very very noisy all day and half the night.The food is horrible.All services are on low level.

We chose this hotel because of it's location. Very close to the airport and just a short bus ride away from Palma City, where we spent two enjoyable mornings and afternoons. On the hotel it'self, (whitch has a ideal setting in the Bay Of Palma) we stayed for seven days,where we enjoyed all the modern day comforts that were on offer. The hotel staff and services, could not be faulted apart from one (see below).

The one fault-though the food (buffet style) was excellent it did tend to cool down quite quickly

Very clean with pleasant staff. Lovely decor and good food choice. Location was beautiful. It was quiet and suited s well.

Very close to airport so you can hear planes taking off although this did not bother us.

The whole atmosphere was excellent, the staff friendly, the service very good, the situation of the hotel was very convenient for walking and cycling, food excellent also - definately would go again!

The high degree of customer service and the genuinely friendly and helpful attitude of the staff.

The bed mattress was too firm for me.

Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice pool area and no children policy. A possibility to take a shower and change in a courtesy room after check-out.

Rooms were not very good isolated

Es un Hotel recientemente restaurado con un punto de diseño que lo hace acogedor. Las habitaciones son manifiestamente pequeñas para la calificacion de 4 estrellas, asi como algunos detalles de la habitacion que no han sido bien resueltos pero en general estan bien equipadas y el interior de la habitacion es agradable, siempre y cuando sea de las de la fachada maritima, si da a la parte trasera, mejor que busques otro Hotel. La comida del buffet es de calidad y sabrosa y el personal del Restaurante muy profesional y atento.

La Recepcion es quasi un caos, perdieron nuestra reserva que tenia 2 meses, pero lo grave es el sistema y la coordinacion con su Dpto. de reservas, dado que no pudieron ofrecernos ni tan siquiera la factura impresa el dia de salida. El personal de la Recepcion demostro una falta de cualificacion preocupante, y la imagen que nos llevamos de su sistema organizativo y de la atencion al cliente fue lamentable. Las habitaciones traseras tienen una vista horrorosa dando a unos patios sucios y abandonados de diferentes edificaciones contiguas. La limpieza de la habitacion mediocre, armario con polvo, cabecero de camas igualmente lleno de polvo en la repisa y una toalla rota. Ruido incesante de aviones al despegar o aterrizar.

La Habitacion, el desayono y sobre todo el precio, realmente si mantienen la oferta seguire alojandome en su hotel cada vez que viaje a Palma por Negocios

sinceramente no tengo nada de que quejarme, aunque parking en el hotel no vendria mal.

Im Sommer hätte ich den Strand vermisst. Im Winter ist das aber kein Problem.

Uns hat die Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit sehr gefallen. Man war herzlich willkommen und die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der wunderschöne Sonnenuntergang war ein Highlight.
