The hotel was nice, clean and facilities were acceptable. You are about 10/15 mins outside Ciutadella itself, but its an easy walk in. All in all a good city trip hotel. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. |

The staff were great - especially Melanie, one of the front desk folks - she was wonderfully informative about places to go and the dancing habits of folks in the city. Because of her advice, I had a wonderful time dancing from 2-4 am on my birthday. Our room was great. And the food was good. I also loved that they had live music on Saturday - the Orquestra Hurrican. The only thing that bothered me was the charges for the bathing cap and the locker. After paying 5 euros to use the spa facility, it seemed chintzy to add on costs once you got there. |

Hotel and staff were excellent. Facilities very good. The dining room for breakfast was very warm and could have done with the aircon on. There was some building work going on next door which did add some noise. |

Me ha gustado mucho la habitacion ya que era muy amplia y equipada. El trato de la mayoria del personal. No me ha gustado nada el trato del personal del bufet del desayuno. Por llegar 15 minutos antes del cierre la chica me hablo con mala cara y un poco inadecuadamente, |

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur nächsten Badebucht sind es nur ein paar Meter über die Strasse. Kostenlose LAN-Verbindung in den Zimmern. Etliche Kleinigkeiten trüben das Bild: kaputte Sonnenschirme am Pool, Sonnenschirme müssen morgens von den Gästen geöffnet werden, Schimmel an der Badewannenumrandung, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur mit eingesteckter Karte (wenn man zurück aufs Zimmer kommt ist es brütend heiß). Bei der Buchung unbedingt eines der 12 Zimmer buchen, die nach innen zum Poolbereich liegen. Die anderen Zimmer gehen alle zu den umgebenden Strassen! |

ottima colazione e la pulizia..una bella piscina e comodita alla cittadina. ritengo un po troppo cara la stanza..forse per la non moltitudine di hotel in zona..non adatto a tutti |

En arrivant, nous avons été directement conduit dans une chambre avec vue sur les poubelles! On nous a clairement expliqué qu'en réservant avec booking.com, nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux! En plus, nous étions très déçu par le cadre. Pas de belle plage à proximité et l'hôtel est situé à 30 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons donc pris la décision de changer d'hôtel. Ils nous ont facturé la première nuit malgré nos remarques. |

El hotel es bastante nuevo y las instalaciones están cuidadas. La atención del personal del hotel es excelente. Su ubicación está en una zona nueva de Ciudadela muy tranquila, junto a Sa Gran Platja, que es una pequeña cala y a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. La piscina es tranquila y excelente. Muy recomendable para quien quiera disfrutar de las preciosas calas de Menorca y despues relajarse en el hotel. El buffet del desayuno también está muy bien. |

L'hotel està molt bé, molt nou i modern, i el buffet dl'esmorzar és molt complet. Les habitacions són grans i confortables. L'espectacle de música en directe dissabte fins a les 12 h de la nit se sentia molt fort des de l' habitació. |

La piscina y la tranquilidad. La zona está algo alejada del centro de la ciudad. La relación calidad/precio no es adecuada, es caro para lo que ofrecen. Recomendaría alojarse en un hotel más céntrico y más económico. |

La ubicación y el respeto por no romper el paisaje a la hora de construirlo. La comida de la carta se puede mejorar muchísimo en cambio los desayunos bufet muy buenos. |

El mantenimiento podía ser mejor, el desagüe del lavabo iba mal y eso es una cosa que las mismas camareras podían detectar; por otro lado la bañera era de hidromasaje pero no funcionaba, no tiene importancia pero parecía que no se habían preocupado en arreglarlo. |
