The hotel is the best all over the island (I know because I have initially planned to stay 1 week and spend another one somewhere in the south; and I spent one day visiting hotels and searching for alternatives; there really aren't). I have stayed for 2 weeks in 3 bedrooms together with my wife and my 3 kids aged 23, 20 and 19. Staff was nice and quite friendly and the hotel really is a 5 star Grand Luxe. The Spa is absolutely fine. Restaurants are quite good specially the one of the pool. But the buffet and breakfast is also ok. I had a wonderful time over there. The hotel is just in front of the sea (absolutely wonderful view) but the beach is a rock one and it is hard to get inside the water. There is a small beach at the side of the hotel with good sand and just a few rocks but there is a huggly stopped construction spoiling the ambience and no cleaness and real infrastructures. It is crazy but I had to go to the 2 Riu Hotels beach which is a great one and just 3 minutes away from the hotel if you go by car. It is a pitty the Atlantis Grand Bahia doesn't take care of solving there beach problem because for all the rest it is more than worth it. |

Clean room, great food and location. Would recommend to friends and family. Will stay again for sure. Staff in dining area could have been friendlier. |

This is probably the best hotel on the island. Very comfortable as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The restaurant spoils you when you venture outside and then retire quickly and hapily back into the hotel. |

La atención (rapidez, calidad técnica, afabilidad sin servilismo...) perfecta. Error en llamada para despertarnos, (50´) lo que provocó la pérdida del ferry para visitar Lanzarote. |

A localização permitindo uma vista fantástica e o conforto do quarto e de todas as outras instalações do hotel. Serviço e funcionários também excelente. Sugeria uma piscina exterior aquecida (mais aquecida) mesmo no Verão uma vez que quem viaja com crianças não pode disfrutar do SPA. |

Excelentes instalaciones. Confortables habitaciones con una preciosa vista al mar desde la terraza. Personal muy atento y amable. Estupendo el bufet de desayuno y cena. Situado en una zona tranquila. Aunque está próximo a las playas es un paseito largo hasta ellas. El hotel tiene autobús gratuito a la zona más turística de playas pero es mejor tener coche de alquiler y así poder elegir la zona a la que se quiere ir, ya que el parque de las dunas tiene mas de 15 km de playas. |

El personal, la atención es algo espectacular. El personal está perfectamente formado para un hotel de su categoría.son amables, y muy agradables. Nos facilitaron todo lo que les pedimos y nos permitieron el check-out hasta las 18:00 de ese día. Una maravilla. No tengo comentarios negativos sobre este hotel. |

El hotel es muy espacioso. Las instalaciones son estupendas, con los servicios en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Las vistas al mar desde la habitación con una espaciosa terraza es un puntazo. El spa es enorme y ofrece muchos servicios. El bufett está muy bien . El secador de pelo del baño era muy sencillo. |

Encontramos tranquilidad en todos los rincones del hotel. Ideal para relajarse y descansar. Los empleados del hotel, super atentos. La edad media de los clientes. Casi nadie de nuestra edad. Pero no puede echacarse al hotel |

el personal del hotel encantador y muy eficiente.Las instalaciones de piscina, gimnasio estupendas, las habitaciones amplias y muy confortables El restaurante japonés extraodinario. El desayuno magnifico . Ha sido una delicia alojarse en el hotel La única pega que en la piscina no hay una zona determinada para niños y resulta incomodo el estar oyendo gritos y salpicando |
