Nice big room and bathroom and good size flat screen tv. Excellent location and just a few minutes walk from the old city. No internet access. |

Family suite that had two separate bedrooms. Very good location both for the historic center and the shopping area. Cost of parking and price of food in the hotel. |

The restaurant on the top floor had excellent views and the food was of a good standard. The service was also very good The room was poor, in need of decoration, flaking paint, stained ceilings and cracked tiles and leaking plumbing in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work. When Reception were informed they simply said " yes we know" !! |

The breakfast room was very nice and reasonably priced. The room was very dated, without much character. Very expensive for what you received. The hotel staff was not very friendly. |

La maravillosa vista desde el restaurante. Que está muy bien situado. La escaleras que se encuentran en recepción y que no tenga un salón de juego y T.V. |

Está cerca del centro histórico,la habitacion confortable. Nos dieron una habitacion para minusvalidos,el problema era que la ducha no tenia mampara, lo cual era un peligro,pues se mojaban las losas del cuarto de baño y habia riesgo de resbalar. |

Excelente ubicación y vistas Cama de matrimonio muy pequeña (habitación 503), falta de perchas y toalleros y champú en el baño y muy ruidoso (se oia mucho el movimiento de sillas del restaurante en el desayuno) |

La situacion del hotel es excelente y las habitaciones son sencillas pero comodas y espaciosas. La recepeción del hotel es minuscula e inapropiada. |

Ideal para conocer la ciudad. En los alrededores no se puede aparcar, zona azul, pero a 3 minutos andando, si hay posibilidades de aparcar. Hay un tramo de escaleras desde la entrada al ascensor. |

Lo mejor sin lugar a dudas es la ubicacion en todo el centro de Cuenca, no se pasa en ningun aspecto, y junto al hotel, hay un restaurante, muy bueno para comidas tipicas, y tambien para ir de bocadillos. Estaba en obras la calle de entrada, y el parking esta muy cerca, pero no en el mismo edificio, para la vuelta nos mojamos un poco. |

Solo estuve una noche. Habitación confortable, restaurante/terraza cubierta en ultima planta con estupendas vistas. Estuvimos en la habitación 201 y en el baño, a pesar de haber mucho espacio, la encimara del lavabo demasiado pequeña para dos personas. Tambien echamos de menos lamparitas en la cabezara independientas de la luz central. Tienes que apagar/encender todas. |

La atención de la recepcionista fue muy buena. El hotel esta andando cinco minutos de una de las calles de pubs de cuenca. La zona del hotel es tranqula y tiene un gran parque. |
