it was clean and near city center

we had a power cut sunday night and no one tell us what was going on

Pretty much everything was good. Rooms were convenient and well tended to, nice little touches like electric kettle and hair dryer provided - pretty unusual and very nice of the hotel.

Rather difficult to reach using public transportation, especially in late hours. Staff seemed very busy during breakfast but there seemed to be just not enough of them to help everyone.

It had a bed.

Bathroom was dirty from previous occupants, woken up at 07:00 by noise from the corridor and lift. Breakfast was so busy people were eating in reception, no cups or plates, no staff to clear tables and no food or coffee left.Complained at reception and told that was life!

Thought the buffet breakfast was a bit chaotic. Single area layout meant people congregated all in one place.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a good central location. Room was clean and car park easily accessed.

Car park was expensive and the room walls were very very thin.

A modern and confortable hotel.

Professional staf , possibility to change the room to the backside.

The small elevator was making a lot of noise , the light in front of the elevator was not working .

room was very clean, and most of the front desk staff spoke English (very helpful!)

hotel was out of the way of alot in the city. There was a power outage for close to 20 hours, and little was explained as to why, and when it would get fixed. Upon check out, discount for power outage was only given after asking about it.

El desayuno es bastante completo, la relación calidad precio es buena y está cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Letras

Desayuno buffet incluido en el precio. Trato del personal excelente.

Párking muy caro (15€/día). No es posible acceder al centro de la ciudad con transporte público y, debido a la distancia, un taxi hasta el centro sale bastante caro (a parte que se forman muchos atascos por estar situado en una de las salidas de la ciudad).
