Everything was just perfect - convenient location, calm area, smily and helpful staff, very clean rooms, good coffe. It would be nice if the staff, besides receptionists, speak at least some english. |

The comfort of my room and the location of the hotel in general The breakfast lacked nutrition and variety. I ate both nights at the hotel. My first meal was absolutely beautiful, but my second was inedible. However, I voiced my concerns to staff and was very well attended to. |

The hotel is stylish, well situated and there were plenty of parking spaces nearby so we didn't have to use the -paying- garage. Excellent quality for what we paid, 49 €! |

The room was very nice and very clean. The furniture was new and the location was very good: very close to the city of art and science. The breakfast was very nice too |

i liked the location because it is very close to the City of Arts and Science. It is also very close to the beach and the old city center. I liked also the design of the hotel What I didn't like is that there were still works , they were renovating the hotel and it was quite noisy sometimes and also very dusty. Also in my oppinion they have a poor beverage and fodd department. But overall it's a great hotel to stay in. |

location works on the outer part of the building were being carried out and i was not even advised, one of the mornings i could nt get out on the balcony as two man were working in the balcony |

the room was clean and spacious, with a view to calatrava's City of Arts and Science the breakfast was dreadful- it doesn't offer you much of a choice |

we've found the coffee by breakfast nog good, with fresh milk the coffee was cold and the bread a bit old (that seems so I hope) |

Family room was big and well layed out. Clean and modern. Fashionable Hotel was difficult to find. The main enterance was at the side of building and behind another building. |

Pleasant design, comfortable room, close the the Center of Art and Science, lounge bar, free internet. Pretty far away from the old town and center (30 min walking), reception service could be better. |

I was given a room that had a bathroom the size of a shoe box, the shower was so small that you could not fit on it. Balcony had tiles broken all around, the swimmpool advertised for the hotel ws not open and it did not belong to the hotel, I left the hotel after our first night. I did not like it. Bathroom, shower too small, balcony dirty and broken tiles, it was not fit to be used, swmmimpool was closed |

It was a clean and confortable hotel. Concierge service was very helpful all the time. It was a little far from the center of town. There is no metro going to that area as of yet, I understand that construction of a new line is underway. |

Great value for the price, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern new look of the rooms. Very clean. Bus stop to get to the city center 1 minute walk away (10 min bus ride), 15 minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would stay there again for sure! Not really! ...The walls were a little thin, we could hear people talking and cleaning in the hallways like they were in the room with us... but that was during an afternoon nap, not at night. |

Spacious room. Friendly & customer-focused personnel who resolved minor problem in a speedy & flexible manner. Fancy design hotel. Outside of hotel is work in progress, although this should be finished within the next few weeks. Not very easy to find. |

The interior of the room. It was actually a triple room for 2 persons with 2 rooms/2 tv. Very comfortable. There were building works at the parking, but no noise/dust in the rooms. The balcony was dirty. It was like 30 min walk to the city center, but very close to city of arts. |

Practical and modern, and its proximity to the modern city of arts, sciences and oceanografico. The lack of TV stations in English and the lack of sufficient english speaking personnel (although these were polite in their manners and tried to help as best as they could) |
