The peaceful atmosphere was priceless in an excellent city location. Also the apartment was well-equipped to prepare your our meals if you wanted to; very cost efficient. The staff also was always accomodating and delightful.

The apartments are great. Good kitchen and lounge and bedroom upstairs. The ones at the back are even better, as they have balconies overlooking gardens and the old city walls.

Even though our booking was confirmed through Booking.com, when we arrived, there was not a record of our reservation. There is no reception staff here...you need to call a number if you have a problem. All fine, unless you have a problem! We saw two other couples unable to check in when they arrived. We also had a guy knocking on our door asking for my credit card details to pay, even though I'd already given them when booking. Wasn't too happy about giving these out. Overall, the apartments and location are great but it is managed very badly.

The location was ideal - within the old city but at one remove from the very busy, noisy part. Loved the little balcony with views of the garden and the city walls.

Some of the furnishings - especially the rugs - looked a bit worn and not very clean, but apart from that it was fine.

Great location. Comfortable apartments. Beautiful garden. Feeling as a tourist as part of the city.

Geat location, good value for money

Booking reservation did not have details of room number so when we arrived although we had the pin code we couldn't get in becuae we didn't know which room we were in. A welcome pack with details of city would have been a nice touch, for instance we didn't find out until our last day that there was lift down to the main part of the town.

I liked the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the facilities on offer, and the design of the room which reflected the old town we had chosen to stay in.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location for Girona's old town

The apartments are close to the 2 churches which ring bells for timechecks every hour and more

Really nice apartment, all the facilities I needed, really comfortable bed and a great garden area. Shame we only required it for 1 night

A bit of a walk back to the town centre - fortunately it's all downhill though

I was pleased to find some tea and biscottes on arrival and well stocked, easily accessible kitchenware. Loved the garden - a bonus plus enjoyed finding more than enough linen/blankets to make up the sofa bed. In all a very clean, efficient & characterful place. Will return.

On arrival did not see any staff and had to use mobile to call for instructions as to how to enter premises. If hadn't had the mobile don't know what I would have done as it was a Sunday and late!! Also the lighting could be improved.

The room was lovely and the garden was beautiful. It was in a lovely spot with city wall at the foot of the garden. It was very peaceful considering it was in the city and was great value for money. We would go and visit again and recomend the hotel to friends and family

We liked everything and would only suggest potentially adding a dvd player in the room for if you are having a cosy night in

Apartment was clean comfortable and well equiped. Balcony and view of the garden and city wall were very pleasant. Location was peaceful, with the nearby public lift to avoid the climb up to the hotel if needed.

Problem with one light in the lounge not working which the cleaning staff said because it was unsafe. The safe in the apartment was locked when we arrived, and remained so for our stay of six nights,allthough we reported this to the cleaning staff. We did not see anyone else during our stay so I presume payment has been taken via our credit card.
