Free parking, close to commercial centre, nice clean room, good breakfast If you like to use the jacuzzi you have to pay extra |

Good value for money hotel within easy walking distance of city. Easy on site parking and value meals available in the hotel. Staff very helpful with good english. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent value, the rooms were clean, we only stayed one night. It was a bit far from Gerona |

Convenient for A7 motorway stopover.On site parking. Walk or bus into Girona.Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Lack of local knowledge .However, we were told how to get to the tourist office. Very slow service in the dining room which seemed under-staffed. We definitely did not get value for money in the restaurant. On our last visit the food and service were excellent. |

We liked the area,out of town but within easy walking distance.We liked the choce at breakfast time.We liked the option of the pool.On our last day the availablity of free tea and coffee at reception was appreciated.As was somewhere relaxing to sit whilst we waited for our taxi Hotel staff were courteous. We would have liked more than one t.v. programme in English.We found the soundproofing to be a little lacking given the noise of some other guests,esp. when they were leaving early or coming in late! In common with most u.k visitors we would have welcomed the means to make ourselves tea or coffeee in our room[though see above]. |

Short journey from the airport. Reception staff friendly and well informed. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and they served until 11am! |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A fab welcome. The room was just right for us and clean. Althogh tea and coffe was not available in the room we could get it at recption plus free cakes. V nice. The location and parking for the city centre was also very good. Pool and facilties were good. My only complaint would be that our room was in the stair well which made it very noisy due to other guests going to their rooms. If I had been staying any longer than one night I would have asked for a change of room. No hot water in the morning. |

Staff on reception were extremely friendly. Breakfast was of very good with a large choice of food and fresh fruit juices. Some noise late at night from other residents. |

Decent enough 3* hotel. The walk to and from town if you take the route through the park is nice and very quick. Cleaning product smell was overwhelming when we arrived. Drains and water pressure made shower near unusable. Staff though friendly and well meaning were actually clueless when it came to advising how to get into town by foot or public transport. A day's training would make this place very good. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. All services were as to be expected. Convenient for Gerona centre and good parking facility. Room had good controllable Air Con. Room rates were good. Very pleased and looking forward to a return visit soon Room was clean but not all items used were replaced - this is a minor comment only as generally very pleased. |

Visiting the lovely city of Girona, eating out, using local transport, taking the bus to the Costa Brava - Platja d'Aro has a good beach and lovely coves along the coast , swimming in the hotel pool. |

The pool - the only one we could find in town. Hotel clean, rooms fine, staff pleasant, very reasonable rates. Location ok as long as you are prepared for a fairly long walk in to centre and some traffic noise at the pool. The only potential issue with the hotel is it's location. It's a good 20 minute walk to the centre with nothing but a supermarket and a small cafe on the route. The route involves walking along the perimeter of a hospital and supermarket car park. There is no need to walk on the the main road but there isn't a dedicated pavement all the way in to town. Personally we don't find this a problem and enjoy the walk. We've stayed at the hotel twice. Once with the kids and once as a couple. |
