The bedroom was beautifully clean and very comfortable and the large bathroom was very nice I did not like having to get coffee out of a machine at breakfast it was poor quality |

the friendliness of staff on arrival and during stay,breakfast was excellent,car parking was very good nice clean room,ideal for the historic sights of Grenada small thing would like tea/coffee in room |

The hotel was plesant and relatively comfortable. Staff were friendly but just a little strange The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and there was absolutely no view from the window other that a wall approx 2 metres away |

Good Location for city centre and visiting historic sites swimming pool area badly requires updating. Towels were well beyond the need for replacement |

staff very polite and helpfull, position favorable and overall a very good price against the service received. parking service expensive and no other chance to park nearby. |

The position is right in the center of Granada, so walking distance to the most important thing to see in the city, except for the Alhambra you have to take a 5 min. bus ride. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, parking in the hotel very useful if you have a car but you have to pay for it 15 Euro. |

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Light blinking in bathroom when we arrived but it was repaired whilst we were out and we were left some sweets by way of apology. A bit of a trek into the main town and the area between the hotel and the station as a little off putting. |

The hotel location is good - close to the interesting areas and quiet. Good room - not too small which accommodated 2 friends comfortably. Very helpful stuff - kind and wanting to help (who didn't give the correct instructions all the time). it is very convenient to get to the hotel from the highways. Rich breakfast. we got a room that had an internal view - meaning, the view from our window was the neighbors' laundry. The towels are of a poor quality - very thin. |

when we were checking in we were told we were being upgraded from a double room to a junior suite at no extra fee. We were on the 5th. floor next to the swimming pool. everything was just perfect. |

I couldn't have expected better rapport with Hotel staff. They were both friendly and professional. The room was in decent and clean shape. As well, it was quiet. I liked the pillows. I am normally picky on pillows for I had a bad neck. I slept comfortably. |

Nice hotel. Room was basic, without views, but clean and comfortable. very good buffet breakfast. Excellent location, easy access to all parts of Granada. Good base for visiting Al-Hambra. |

we had a romantic stay, and enjoyed being in the city centre, also was delighted to find it only took 5 mins to arrive at hotel after leaving the A44 autovia. |

location in the city center near shops and resturnats Furniture & TV is very old. The corridor floor and the cleaning staff are very noisy. They charge E15 for car park and E2 for the room safe! |

After asking for a room with a double bed, we were upgraded to a suite, The staff we extremely accomodating and friendly through out our stay. And the location was great for experiencing all Granada had to offer |

Rooms were adequately sized and it was clean. We had no problems walking from hotel to the major attractions. Staff were polite. The photos on the website did not reflect the hotel when we reached there but otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay |
