very friendly staff, little english except for the blond receptionist but did their best.

Staff:Marisa was very warm & friendly, booked Alhambra ticket for me and even organised to have my hiking boots fixed when the sole came away. Location:walking distance to restuarant centre and bus pickup for Allumbra. Bus return stops within meters of Hostal.

Blinds in room didn't block the street lights and sound from street noisy (take earplugs & eye mask). Free Internet in lobby unplugged. Bathroom lacked any hooks to hang clothes or even towels. No place on wash basin for soap even! Had to request both AC controls. Parking space in Garage nearby - hard to find and extremely tight fit. Walk your exit route before driving off as its quite confusing to get out.

Pleasant friendly staff. Well decorated bathroom and large bedroom.

It was fine. However the shower fitment in the bath broke (it was close to the end of its life when we arrived). The hotel was apologetic but failed to fix it. .We got a discount on the bill

Clean room with enough space inside, very next to the citycenter.

The staff was not so flexible: I hope it will not happen anybodyelse but I just want to explain why.At the time I joined the hotel (about 20:00 pm) there was no electricity due to a wire interruption due to the electric distribution (not their fault obviously). They told me that the company was fixing it. I just took it as it was saying that I would go for a walk and come back later.

We lked the space, having two rooms to spread out.The staff are friendly and helpful even though we don't speak much Spanish. We liked having the balcony.

The courtyard s not very clean

L'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel qui s'implique fortement pour le bien être du client.

Le service à la clientele, surtout avec Marisa, le parking privé relativement proche. La proximité des centres d'intérêts. à dix minutes de l'Alhambra à pied.

La amabilidad del personal , la limpieza, te hacen la habitación todos los días, su ubicación... en general todo.

Que no tenía ascensor y nos tocó en la última planta, pero a cambió teniamos una terraza muy graciosa y que no ponían accesorios de baño ( gel, champú, etc).

Ubicacion, conforto, personal, apartamento reformado, terraza ( hab para 4 personas, limpieza. Relacion qualidad-precio

Podrian ofrecer desayuno. De toda las formas hay opciones para desayunar en el entorno. Nada muy relevante , el general muy contestos.

Ik vond het een geweldig hotel heb er heerlijk geslapen ondanks al het rumoer van buiten. Je zit in het hartje van Granada dus niet zo vreemd. De bedden sliepen helemaal goed en het was blinkend schoon. Zeer behulpzaam personeel, helaas was communicatie erg moeizaam aangezien er geen woord engels werd gesproken. Ondanks dat uiteindelijk prima geholpen duurde eventjes. De volgende ochtend geholpen door Marisa en dat was in een woord super. Ik kom er zeker terug en zal het iedereen aanbevelen.

Heel even de communicatie omdat er amper engels gesproken werd toen we arriveerden en daarmee de vraag wat je moet doen met je auto om je aan te melden en je koffers af te geven. Het is een voetgangers gebied met hele smalle straatjes er naar toe. Dus koffers afgeven en je aanmelden voor de parkeergarage vereist wat brutaliteit door gewoon te parkeren op de stoep en hopen dat de bussen niet al te groot zijn die er langs moeten.
