The location, the staff, felt safe, comfortable and clean. We were first given a room on the smoking floor but after bringing this to the attention of the staff we were then moved to a non smoking floor. We also had trouble with the ac cooling the room. The first two nights it did not work and after the ac was repaired it cooled better but was never cold in the room. |

Really nice small hotel on one of the main streets of Granada. Beautifully decorated, newly renovated, rooms and bath. Large bathroom and bedroom, comfortable and quiet. |

The front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful. I'm pretty sure our room got upgraded and was still the same price as quoted. The room was much larger and was in a separate part of the hotel. It was also the perfect location close to bars, restaurants, and all of the places to go sightseeing. I would HIGHLY recommend it! Due to nearby construction it was a bit noisy in the afternoons, but nothing unbearable. |

El servicio de recepción ha sido muy bueno; educados y serviciales. En cuanto tienes una duda, les preguntas y les falta tiempo para coger un mapa y mostrarte las posibilidades que tienes. El acceso desde la autovía es casi directo,todo recto y tardas 2 mins desde que sales. Las instalaciones con relación al precio son un poco injustas, se nota bastante que es antiguo. Le falta una reforma general para quedarse acorde a su nivel, aunque a las habitaciones no les falta de nada. |

la situacion que tiene, es excelente para moverse por granada quizas la dejadez de su fachada y exteriores, asi como recepcion y entrada al ascensor ,podria mejorar la imagen al cliente. |

Cuando me preguntaban 500 veces de qué habitación salía o a qué habitación iba. Cuando el recepcionista señalaba la salida sin levantar la vista de la revista de variedades que tenía delante de sus narices. |

La habitación estaba bastante bien y la cama era cómoda. La tele no tenía TDT y pedimos poder abandonar el hotel el día de la salida un poco más tarde ofreciéndonos a pagar, pero no quisieron excusando que iba a estar lleno. |

Lo mejor es que esta en el centro de la ciudad y tiene parking propio, haciendo el dejar el coche algo facil. La television apenas tenia canales para ver, entre el baño y la cama habia bastantes hormigas y el vater estaba manchado. |
