This hotel has seen better days but it still represents good value. It's near downtown and shopping. We walked to the Alhambra and there's lots of sights on the way.

Nothing really when you take into consideration that it's basically an older hotel that's fairly cheap.

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good english. Went out of their way to please. The view from the upper balcony is stunning

Slightly in need of upgrading of the decor. Cracks in the walls around the doors, tiles in the bathroom that needed a good scrub of the grouting.

Very nice and clean hotel with big rooms and spacious bathrooms. The double door in the room helped to keep it quiet. Mini bar was convenient to keep some our stuff refrigerated. The safe box was helpful, too. Front desk people spoke good English and answered all our questions. The location is not very central, but you can get there easily on foot. We got a good deal – room and free parking just for 55 euro and it was totally worse it. I would recommend this hotel

Difficult to find once we got off the bus in Granada from the airport. Hotel was quite a walk from the centre.

the hotel is old and could use some makeover

The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main centre but it's not a hassle. The rooms are fine with a separate door to the bathroom area which meant you couldn't hear noise from the corridor. The view of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada mountains was a bonus and the room had everything you needed and lovely air con!

We could hear the bathroom of our neighbours as though it were our own. Nothing a good pair of earplus doesn't fix though!

there was nothing special about this hotel.we thought that the hotel would have been nicer.

i think it was in a good location,the room were comfortable the roof top restaurant and pool had a brilliant view just a shame the pool was closed .It was a good offer with the car parking being free.

I am very suprised that this hotel has 4 stars, 3 stars would be much more acurate. The hotel was old. The swimming pool was small and also closed; they open it from the 21st of June, when the schools are closed.
