It was conveniently located close to Fira Gran Via, the fair centre. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast Too high-tech solutions - Exp. elevators - confusing, porter had to explane to guests how to work them. No vine |

The room was comfortable, view of the city lights excellent, accessible by metro. The design was modern and sleek. Shower wonderful. None of the restaurants were open for dinner, though we could have eaten at the bar, the menu was not kid friendly.We had to go back into the city center after a long day to eat. This was easily solved however, by the nearness of the metro. |

Ultramodern, chic design. Very exclsuive feel, and high security access via security lift No complemntary bottle of mineral water in the room. The mineral water bottle in the minibar cost 3.5 euro, a rip off !! |

Not much to like, other than proximity to the airport, but see comments below... This hotel is more style than substance. The rooftop restaurant was closed on the Sunday (like just about everything else in Spain) we arrived, so we were stuck eating at the hotel cafe (there are no restaurants nearby). The reception staff refused to give me change which I needed to tip the cafe staff and other hotel personnel. Amazingly, no breakfast is available before 7AM, so if you have a morning flight from Prat airport, you'll have to wait till you get to the airport to eat. You can't even get a cup of coffee before 7AM! This is not a serious hotel for business or international travelers. |

We chose this hotel for an overnight before an early flight out of Barcelona. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and very close to the metro which gets you to the city center in about 20 min. The amenities are first-rate. |

Non gradito la lunga attesa per il check- in per la lentezza dei dipendenti. Gli ascensori hanno un sistema particolare di utilizzo. Infatti con la carta magnetica della stanza si aziona un display collocato nella zona ascensori e si richiede il reparto desiderato. Dopodichè sul display compare l'ascensore a disposizione (indicato con un numero) ed una volta entrati in ascensore non bisogna digitare il piano in quanto già programmato. Purtroppo tutto questo non ci è stato spiegato al check-in ed abbiamo viaggiato inutilmente in vari ascensori programmati da altri clienti. Al rientro dal ristorante non potevamo salire in camera in quanto gli ascensori erano bloccati.Un addetto alla portineria ci ha accompagnati agli ascensori di servizio. |

L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel malgré un français très approximatif est un avantage certain et très agréable ainsi que sa situation proche de l'aéroport et son service de navette. C'est un hôtel correct mais il ne vaut de loin pas ses 5 étoiles.Je le recommande pour une nuit en transit pour prendre un avion |

On a tout aprécié mais surtout le coté design,la proximité avec le centre ville (10 minutes en voiture, un peu plus en taxi) Le petit dejeuner etait sublime, Top qualité même si c'est cher 26 € par personne et par jour (mais il y a une astuce pour le payer que 15€ ... yes) Dommage que la langue anglaise n'est pas parlé comme ça devrait etre dans un 5 * |

Las vistas a Barcelona, el diseño moderno. WIFI gratis. La cama es muy muy comoda. El precio del desayuno americano 26€/persona nos parecio muy excesivo, no lo hemos tomado y por esto no podemos opinar como es.... Como tenía que ser por este precio.... |

sobre todo la recepcion y todo lo que le rodeaba por detras el suelo donde estaba los ascensores eran transparentes y se veian las piedras el control con las targetas de los ascensores para subir a las habitaciones todo bastante vien la gente que trabaja alli muy amables y serviciales tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y enseguida lo solucionaron Ami por ejemplo me toco una habitacion que se comunicaba con otra por una puerta ami no me gusto por que pierdes intimidad |

grande salle de bains avec de grands miroirs tout autour, formant un sas entre le couloir et la chambre.Grand lit 1,80 m de large. imposibilité de faire fonctionner les cartes d'accès des chambres avec le parking malgré plusieurs reprogrammation, il fallait demander une ticket à la réception à chaque fois pour sortir la voiture. |
