Nice location, excellent pools and very good service at the bar on the 11 floor. Very poor service in restaurants, terrible food at the cafe on the 6th floor, not even close to a 5* hotel. |

This hotel is wonderful, the lovely breakfast, the sunset pool, the courtesy bus, it is difficult to find fault. Spa facilities could be improved, maybe introduce yoga classes. Hotel food could be improved |

Beautiful location, perfect for a real get away from it all holiday Not particularly child friendly but that is only a minor point - if it was just myself and my husband it would be perfect for a long weekend |

Weitläufige, großzügig angelegte Hotelanlage mit traumhaftem Blick. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Gourmet-Restaurant war entäuschend - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok. Fast alle Weine der aktuellen Weinkarte waren nicht zu bekommen, weder im Restaurant noch in der Bar, viele Weine sind überlagert. Die Hauptdusche rechts am Dachpool funktioniert nicht, außerdem müßten die Stufen zum Pool mal mit dem Dampfstrahler gereinigt werden. |

Las instalaciones, junto con el trato del personal convierten la estancia en el hotel en momentos de verdadero relax. No puedo decir que haya algo específico que no me haya gustado. |

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Poollandschaft und der schöne Blick auf das Meer im 10/11 Stockwerk meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag am Anreisetag und ich hattebei der Buchung gewünscht, dass wir auf unser Zimmer ein Glas Sekt zum Start in den Kurzurlaub trinken können. Auch hatte ich mit der Buchung einen Tisch für diesen Abend reserviert. Nichts von Beidem war beim Check In umgesetzt. |

Prachtig rustig gelegen hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een leuke spa en mooi ontbijtbuffet, Ons verblijf was echt fantastisch enkele kleine opmerkingen .....De airco was niet krachtig genoeg om de kamer echt fris te krijgen, er zijn veel zwembaden maar ze zijn aan de kleine kant en meestal onverwarmd. Omdat het hotel tegen de rand van een berg gebouwd is moet je meerdere liften nemen om in je kamer te geraken |

De rustige ligging, maar toch centraal t.o.v. meer toeristische locaties. Het fraaie zwembad op de 11e etage. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met de mogelijkheid om buiten te eten. |

Diseño arquitectónico. personal del hotel, tranquilidad. Sin duda ha sido una estancia muy agradble. Solamente... Cuatro cucarachas que haya podido ver por la noche en el cuarto de baño de la habitación. Precios exageradísimos en los vinos del restaurante del hotel que sólo abre por las noches. |

Nos encantó la recepción que nos dieron, con una copa de cava, la habitación era perfecta, muy conforntable, el baño y aseo ideales. El bufet del restaurante tenía servicio de zumos naturales. Por la noche había un guitarrista clásico tocando piezas mientras tomabas un cóctel. El spa muy relajante, con unas vistas y piscinas increíbles. El personal muy atento. Para repetir, sin duda. La decoración muy chic y confortable. No nos ha gustado la calidad de la comida del servicio de restaurante, había muy poca variedad, de poca calidad y carísimo. El bufet sí que era de alta calidad. Sin duda, la restauración es el único punto débil. La relación calidad-precio de la comida muy baja. |

La calidad de las instalaciones y el trato cercano y amable del personal del hotel Los fines de semana, con el hotel lleno, no están preparados para poder dar los desayunos como se debería en un hotel de esa categoría. El internet de pago en las habitaciones es un mal endémico de los grandes hoteles. A más lujoso el hotel más fácil encontrarse con internet de pago y más caro será. |

El interiorismo y los muebles de las zonas comunes. El buffet desayuno magnifico Incomodo. Muchas corrientes de aire. Planta 11 buenas vistas; pero nada mas. Lejos de todo. El hotel es bonito; no para mi estilo de vida. Me resulta incomodo.comida rte. Palmera pesima. |

Hög standard på det mesta. Vi uppskattade den avkopplande atmosfären, ingen onödig musik utan lugn och fin tystnad. I restaurangen vid frukost spelades ett väl avvägt lugnt avkopplande ljudband. Alltför ofta i även bra hotell skränar musik överallt. Det finns ju Ipod om man vill ha musik. Nej |

El solarium me pareció espectacular, tiene una vista muy bonitas. También me gustó mucho la decoración del hotel y el desyuno. El set de aseo es un poco escaso, ya que los botitos eran un poco pequeños y para dos no daba. Sugiero poner un bote por persona |
