The stay was okay, location near the Triana and the view was great. We were a bit dissapointed that room service was so limited. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpfull. We were however very surprized that so many of them only spoke Spanish. The baby cot was free of charge, which was nice. It would be great if the staff could speak more English and room service be more flexible. |

Freindly hotel staff. The location being nearby Old Las Palmas. The furnishings and the decor were a little worn and shabby. Most irritating was the fact that the hotels wireless internet was an extra which had to be activated on a daily basis. In this day and age this internet service should have been easy to access and free of charge. |

Sólo fué una noche de estancia, y en fin de semana.Para ésto es ideal, pues equipara un hotel de 4 * al resto de menor categoría. |

Le petit déjeuner sinon rien !!!!!!! Il faut vraiment différencier les hôtels d’affaires et les hôtels touristiques, dans vos ventes. Il est gênant pour tout le monde, de se retrouver en tenue de plages et de vacances, alors que les lieux sont peuplés de personnes en costumes type vrp. Très bruyant, Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres, Voie rapide à proximité et discothèque en rez-de-chaussée le vendredi et samedi. |

relación calidad precio. excesivamente funcional, y faltan espacios de trabajo, ya que al estar en la cafetería por la mañana antes de su horario de apertura el personal de limpieza se enfadó por estra allí, ya que necesitabamos discutir un asunto y estar conectados a internet, |

Inmejorable situacion para acceder al centro comercial y de oficinas ya pesar de ello es muy tranquilo, sin ruidos de trafico Los fines de semana no hay servicio de habitaciones y solo de telepizza. |

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable y la cama super grande y confortable La habitación daba a la parte trasera en la que había unas máquinas exteriores de aire acondicionado de otro local anexo que hacía un poco de ruido por la noche. |

Lo centrico. El colchon, era un desastre, delgado y notaba todos los muelles en mi espalda, en otra ocasion me aloje en el mismo hotel en otra habitacion y el colchon estaba en buen estado, por favor cambienlos, porque lo mas importante de un hotel es poder dormir bien sino entonces para que te alojas en uno, te quedas en la calle en el suelo y ya... |
