Hotel is above shopping centre with lots of restaurants for all budgets. There is also a fancy fountain display in the mall, which a lot of the restaurants look out onto. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from a train station that takes you into Madrid Atocha in about 10 minutes, and the Warner Bros park is about 25 minutes away (by car). The rooms are basic, but spacious enough for two adults and two young children. Free WiFi works well. |

Set in large shopping complex with loads of eateries, However, we dined in hotel restaurant each evening. Not only excellent value but great food and attentive service. 5 minutes from Carrascal tube into Madrid (one change required but quite simple). Room comfortable and well appointed. Parking sectioned off from the shoppers. Range of shops impressive if that is what you want, |

The luxury room with balcony on the shopping-site and the hospitality of all the people of your hotel I made a reservation for a room for 4 days. At first we get roomnumber 111. This is a room without balcony and no vieuw at all! That is unacceptable for a 4-days stay. We made our complain at the ladys of the reception and they gave us roomnr. 135. That was an excellent room. |

La cama era muy grande, el personal amable y educado y la habitación limpia. La televisión no tiene TDT y las vistas no eran demasiado buenas. Creo que un hotel así debería tener mas complementos de baño como albornoces y zapatillas. |

El personal era muy amable y correcto, la habitación estaba limpia, la cama era muy grande. Las vistas de la terraza no eran demasiado buenas ya que ves a la gente paseando por el centro comercial y se oia un poco el ruido del pasillo al pasar el personal de limpieza. |

Sólo estuvimos para dormir por lo que en nuestro caso nos ha gustado la zona comercial, la habitación, la limpieza y el trato de las chicas de recepción. la cama me dolia todo el cuerpo cuándo me levantaba por las mañanas. |

Está junto a un centro comercial en el que tienes de todo. En los fines de semana se celebran bodas en el hotel, de forma que el sonido ambiente es algo mayor de lo habitual. Aunque en la habitación no se oye nada. |

La ubicación del Hotel, es muy buena. Si vas con coche, que es mi caso, tienes todos los lugares cerca, y hay en el centro comercial todo tipo de locales y espectaculos por la noche. |

La ubicación en el centro comercial. Que no me otorgasen una habitación de las que tienen terraza. Anteriormente ya había estado hospedada allí y me encantó precisamente por la amplitud de la habitación, la terraza y las vistas de la misma, pero esta vez, aun llegando a las 11:00 fue imposible tener una de esas habitaciones y la verdad es que la que me dieron no tenía nada que ver con la de la otra vez. |
