Nicely appointed room, very clean. Close to the center of town (about 10 minutes walking) in safe neighborhood. |

Friendly helpful staff giving a professional service. They provided local information and were very accommodating. Good breakfast and value for money hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. |

We like especially the fresh beverages available when we arrived. the map of the town, offered by the 4 stars hotels, is very nice ...but not usefull. |

not quite in the centre but within walkable distance. the staff was very kind. twin beds instead of a king size bed. |

Very comfortable hotel. Very modern and international standard. Excellent special rate for late booking. Very convenient for El Corte Ingles and other shops. Nothing very Spanish about the hotel! |

Good breakfast. Reception was very helpful and gave tourist information. Free internet. Not far from Humido district (restaurant, tapas area). |

Excellent hotel for the price, friendly helpfull staff, nice big rooms, big comfy bed, 10 min stroll to town centre, parked in street 1 block from hotel, had breakfast in cafe accross the road. Would stay again. |

The staff was extremely good and location, close to old town (ask for the Bairro Humido)! The hotel is modern. Parking is expensive but one can easily park outside in the non paying zones |

La atención del personal de recepción, que sin pedirlo nos ofrecio mapas e información de la ciudad, la habitación muy confortable y no hacia nada de frío, aunque no pusieramos la calefacción. La ducha era muy moderna, pero poco práctica ya que salia poco chorro. |

lo mejor los desayunos, muy completos y variados.la habitación bien de tamaño y moderna. que solamente hayan puesto un hotel para más de 60 habitaciones en 8 plantas, nosotros no tuvimos problemas pero la hora punta.... |

la habitación amplia y el cuarto de baño cuya decoracion y mobiliario es muy agradable Los canales de television:aunque tiene bastantes la mayoria son internacionales y los nacionales son pocos y no se visualizan bien. |

Die Qualität des Frühstücks (besonders Früchte) fand ich außergewöhnlich gut. Die Bettdecken (wärmen nicht richtig), zumal wenn man die Klimaanlage/Heizung nachts nicht anschalten möchte.Steppdecken wären eine echte Alternative. |
