Excellent location for centre of Leon; rooms were of a high standard. Staff could be offhand. Breakfast exorbitantly expensive - €15 per person plus an array of extra charges for anything beyond the basics. Go to Cafe Herrero 5 doors down for a bargain breakfast. Wifi internet access very expensive. This hotel really wants your money! |

The location of the Alfonso V could not be any better in terms of exploring the Old City of Leon. The rooms were very quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly. In addition, having the breakfast included was a delight! The service and selection at breakfast was top-notch. The only negative comment I have is the design of the "wall" facing the room's door. It was unneccesary and in the way when bringing in luggage. |

The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and the cathedral. The room was clean and quiet. There was an addtional charge to watch TV and they charge 10 Euros for the internet |

Su ubicacion muy comoda, diseño exterior del hotel y su desayuno que aun que le faltaba algun producto tipico de la tierra como quesos,embutidos ect.lo que tenia era bueno.Personal cercano y agradable. La hab.nos resulto pequeña con una calefaccion que secaba el ambiente,supongo que todas no seran tan pequeñas,la nuestra era la 805,lo que tenia de pequeña lo suplia con sus vistas a la catedral.Tambien le iria bien un pequeño gimnasio. |

- Una ubicacion estupenda . los servicios del hotel bastante normales. La atencion buena .el desayuno bufett bastante normal , y a la hora punta de entrar a desayunar una espera de 15 minutos minimo ya que el comedor es muy pequeño. |

La situación del hotel en la ciudad y el trato del personal del hotel. - Que tengas que pagar 10 € al día por conectarte a internet , me parece que cualquier otro hotel de 4 estrellas dispone de este servicio de forma gratuita.-No dispone de mesa de trabjo en el dormitorio. |

Me ha encantado su ubicación, sus instalaciones, perfecto para visitar León que el zumo te lo ponia la camarera y si quieres más de un vaso tienes que estar piendoselo todo el rato. Lo dejaría en el buffet |

Posizione centralissima, stanze molto spaziose e confortevoli. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La porta del bagno e' a vetri e da' direttamente sulla stanza. Poca privacy! |

Confort et qualité de la décoration pour cet établissement de luxe. Sérénité, on ne se rend plus compte qu'on est en ville. En raison de la configuration en mezzanines on perçoit les bruits de la réception même au 7ème étage, mais pas réellement gênant |
