Very good localization, nice swiming pools, oustanding design of the hotel

I was in other hotels in maspalomas, and the price/quality ratio was the lowest in this hotel.

We enjoyed the option on entertainment and facilities on the ground a lot. Location was excellent and hotel staff was helpful. The rooms were in good conditions and always clean.

The gardens and swimming pools and the close proximiiy to the promenade. Also the architecture of the hotel. This was our 2nd visit. We would probably return although the internet and laundry charges would be an obstacle(see below) I hope the comments below are helpful.

1. High internet charges of 15 euros per day. I had to go outside the hotel to a cafe every day. Ridiculous price and very inconvenient for anyone using it daily for a short time. 5 euros would be more than enough. 2. likewise the laundry charges are excessive 3. the laundrette is not a good alternative.

Una de las cosas por las que escogí este hotel es por la localización del mismo. Delante del mar, cerca de la zona comercial con bonitas tiendas y diversidad de restaurantes. El Spa del Hotel es una maravilla, así como el personal que me atendió. Los tratamientos tanto de belleza como de relax son excelentes. Para gente con estres son ideales. La vegetación del hotel es espectacular y sus piscinas también. Esta ha sido mi segunda visita al hotel y estoy segura que volveré.

De ligging van het hotel is goed en de kamers zijn netjes. Wij hebben het hotel de laatste paar jaren hard achteruit zien gaan. Dit betreft met name het eten (dit is echt matig) en de animatie (geen leuke optredens e.d. 's avonds).

Locatie is fantastisch, vlakbij aan prachtige wandelpromenade en talrijke shops; het concept van het hotel zelf is ook top: inkomhal, zwembaden, tuinen enz...

In het land van de appelsienen rekent men 2 euro aan indien je bij het ontbijt een glaasje vers geperst appelsiensap wil; in je kamer moet je betalen om de kluis te mogen gebruiken; bij aankomst werden we verplicht meteen het bedrag voor het ganse verblijf te betalen; door het groot aantal kamers (1.136!!!) worden de gasten als sardienen bijeen geplet aan de verschillende zwembaden; beste ligstoelen worden al vroeg in de ochtend ingenomen door gasten die er hun handdoek komen leggen en dan zelf pas tegen de middag opdagen
