pleasant personell, quiet surroundings aircon did not work on the two rooms I will not return unless I receive confimration that all aircon has been serviced. This seems to be a problemfor the hotel |

Personel are very helpful and the location, close to the metro, is very good. The hotel was noisy, you could hear the neighbours and the AC. |

The ac was not working. As we arrived to check-in the receptionist wasn't friendly. The hotel did not have a pool. They gave us double beds but they were put together as if it was a king size. Suppose if two people men don't want to sleep in the same bed? They charged me for laundry service and did not tell me how much in the beginning. I just asked for an iron. Parking for charged at an outrageous price (maybe this is in the whole city like that)... |

Near Salamanca area that is a nice area to stay in Madrid and with easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff and room with good conditions. |

The staff was very friendly. Metro station near the hotel. The room was to hot and the A/C was not good enough.The TV was very far from the bed. |

The hotel was very convenient to metro stop. It was very reasonably priced and within walking distance to the bullring. However, the metro stop is also at the bullring and would have been much easier than walking. We just enjoyed the walk in April. The bath was very nice and the beds, somewhat hard, were confortable. The A/C did not work in our room---needed cool and just blew hot air. With the window open it was comfortable. |

The service was excellent. Also we were travelling with a baby and the cot was provided. Next time we will look for a Zenith hotel first |

Location, service, cleaning service. Smoking was allowed in the hotel, including dinning areas. Water dropped out of the shower cabin very easily. Some guests played loud music late at night. |

Nos gusta por su ubicación. En esta ocasión nos han dado una habitación muy pequeña. Pero otras veces hemos estado en otras mayores. Todo bien |

La ubicación cerca de parada de metro, calles tranquilas, el desayuno muy bueno, aunque no se veia reponer demasiado Para ser hotel de 4 estrellas la cama de matrimonio era pequeña, nuestra habitación estaba justo encima del comedor por lo que se oia ruido de la cena. La televisión no contaba con los canales de TDT. El parking caro para ser zona de OTA. |

Nada. Lo único, que tiene una boca de metro a 100 metros. Las habitaciones son enanas y no te dan ni un bolígrafo de bienvenida. El café del desayuno buffet malísimo. Tardan mucho en reponer los alimentos del desayuno buffet. La cena de la media pensión también mala (sin variedad y 2 opciones). Poco personal en el restaurante. No tienen servicio de mantenimiento del hotel durante el fin de semana. El personal de limpieza realiza sus tareas sin respetar las horas de descanso (ruidos de aspiradores, voces). El parking también pequeño y con unos recorridos complicados. |
