It was effortless to stay there, I liked the independence an apartment gives you. The pool was excellent as well and I was amazed to discover there was a life guard on duty. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It was very close to Metro stations. |

Spacious apartment in a very good location. Good value for money I would suggest going out for breakfast as the restaurant was full of smokers. |

La ubicación y la circinstancia de ser apartamentos, por el espacio y la comodidad añadida que aportan Los apartamentos están bastante envejecidos fundamentalmente la cocina y los electrodomésticos, necesitan una revisión a fondo. También todo lo que tiene que ver con fundas, telas... grifos, deberían hacer una pequeña puesta a punto |

Espacio suficiente para cuatro personas, muy charlatanas y activas. No nos hemos molestado por tener cada cual su espacio vital.Muy bonita la decoración, así como los elementos indispensables para hacer una "cena" improvisada en la cocinita... Muy positiva la estancia en los apartamentos. Nos ha encantado y en la próxima ves, volveremos!!!Agradecidos a todo el personal. No. Todo estaba correcto y a tiempo... |

La situació ha estat ideal al ser prop del Melia Castilla on feien unes jornades. El aparthotel está ben equipat i és molt ample. L'aspecte general es descuidat. El matalas del llit de matrimoni prou vell i deformat. Tota la nit fent força per no acavar al mig del clot. Les finestres no tancaven bé y les persianes tenien les manivel.les trencades. |

Su ubicación y equipamiento. Ideal para pasas una o más semanas. El que no te ayuden con el equipaje, subirlo y bajarlo por las escaleras es complicado. |

El apartamento cumplió las expectativas en cuanto a comodidad. El ruido de la calle, a pesar de estar en el décimo piso, se oía todo. El menaje de la cocina, viejo e insufciente ( sólo una cucharilla de café para 5 personas....) |

Gli appartamenti sono grandi e dotati di cucina completa, il terrazzo è grande. La pulizia è buona. In un giorno in cui l'hotel era pieno, è stata applicata una tariffa tre volte superiore a quella standard. |

Los apartamentos son espaciosos y si vas a trabajar por la zona de Castellana, están muy bien situados Ya hice una reclamacion en el hotel porque mi apartamento se fué la luz dos veces por lo que me dejó tirada de poder hacer desayuno un dia y comida el otro. El grifo de la bañera, a pesar de reclamar y que lo arreglaran, no dejaba de tirar agua, lo cual era bastante molesto. Después de esta reclamación, el personal se portó muy bien y me obsequiaron con una noche gratis de hotel. Aunque hay algunos ya reformados, los hay, como el mio que le falta cambiar ciertas instalaciones y electrodomésticos. |

El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. Hay elementos antiguos en la cocina y para ser un apartamento le falta un microondas. |

De behulpzaamheid van het personeel en de locatie van het zwembad waren zeer positief het appartement zag er wat verouderd uit, kan een make over gebruiken. Ook was het redelijk gehorig. |
