It has a good lobby and seminar rooms There is a difference between what they show in Booking and their rooms. In Booking you see modern rooms but rooms are so old and traditional style. |

Good value at a reasonable pirce. Staff was very helpful. Parking availability. shower head and commode didn't work properly, twin beds pushed together. |

Disappointed with cleaners who never replaced used soap and shampoo and never restock the free of charge minibar.Also it has been difficult to re-obtain two pair of shoes forgotten in the room once check out and moved into a more confortable hotel in the city centre (2 stars) |

The suites were very spacious. The station of the metro was within a walk of two minutes. In the vicinity of the hotel there were a lot of places to have breakfast The staff: they were friendly and helpful, but their English was poor and everything first had to be asked for. |

En diciembre y en madrid toda la noche sin calefaccion, se limitaron a decir "lo sentimos" pero por supuesto me cobraron la factura entera. Una de mis peores noches en los ultimos años. |

El diseño del hotel está muy cuidado, tanto en las habitaciones como en la zonas comunes. El personal es bastante atento y agradable. En general todo ha sido satisfactorio, pero por decir algo, no había espejo grande en la habitación donde poder mirarse (muy importante si viajas con tu mujer) y el lavabo es un poco incómodo para lavarse la cara: el precio que hay que pagar por el diseño. Tampoco había escobilla para el váter, lo cual incomoda un poco tanto para el que lo utiliza como para el que lo tiene que limpiar. En general, el hotel, como ya he dicho, está muy bien. |

acceso a internet gratuito y las camas muy comodas mampara de la ducha muy pequeña, se salia todo el agua fuera y el secador de pelo tener que estar apretando el boton todo el tiempo. |

Buono nel complesso il livello e ben collegato con la metropolitana Satzione Alfonso XIII a 50 m dall'hotel. L'hotel è discreto però il prezzo pagato è esagerato per il suo livello oltre 500€ per 4 notti. Anche se in periodo di ponte e con poca disponibilità in Madrid è davvero un prezzo "sin verguenza" detto alla spagnola. |

el televisor de la habitación es pequeño y no está actualizado conTDT.El lavabo del cuarto de baño no dispone de jabonera y el grifo no tiene la situación adecuada,por lo que te das con la mano y derramas el agua al suelo. |

El servicio: tuvimos un problema en la habitación y fue resuelta de forma inmediata. Es de agradecer la disponibilidad de botellines de agua en el bar de la habitación, de caracter gratuito. El metro está a apenas un minuto del hotel y está ubicado en muy buena zona (Atención: 45 minutos a pie al Bernabeu). Fuimos en tren y por lo tanto, no puedo determinar facilidad de aparcamiento en la vía pública. Muy poco bagage en los complementos del baño: es decir, sólo gel, champú y jabón para las manos. Eché de menos el cepillo de dientes, set para afeitarse, etc, etc. |

todo, diseño excelente, mucha trankilidad, boca del metro a 2 minutos andando y el macdonal a 1 minuto que no tiene espejo grande, solo el del baño y tienes que mirarte en el ascensor |

La cercanía a la parada del metro... en 10 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. Nada importante, aunque la mampara del baño es un pequeña y salpicas fuera al ducharte |

El personal me atendio exquisitamente pero por desgracia las instalaciones estan muy descuidadas. La ducha no iba, el mueble del baño estaba roto, el papel de las paredes se caia, el tapizado del mobiliario estaba roto y mugriento...etc. |

Hotel muy moderno Si.no hay ningun espejo en la habitacion excepto el del cuarto de baño.tuvimos que salir al ascensor para mirarnos cuando nos vestiamos.el el lavabo es demasiado pequeño y el grifo no gira,asi que toda el agua al lavarnos la cara se sale fuera. |

Bel hotel design situé à 2 minutes du metro Alfonso xiii, la chambre est jolie et de taille correcte. Un peu excentré du coeur de la Ville mais en metro on le rejoins en 25 mn environ donc ce n'est pas très gênant. |
