luxurious atmosphere. there was a wedding party beside the pool, not very private and rather intimidating in your swimsuit. Expected to pay for pool on second day, not on advert for hotel. Upsetting. |

Rooms were excellent standard, good air-conditioning, nice pool + spa/jacuzzi facilities. Close to metro (Bambu) which is approx 12-15 min walk from hotel. Breakfast was excluded & price was expensive (€15 p/per). Also on the website + hotel's own brochure it states guests have free access to pool, jacuzzi etc, however when checking out, staff were looking for €10 per per person for each day that pool was been used. When I showed them their own brouchure where it stated free access, then eventually agreed not to charge. |

My 1st night was perfect with the room luxury decoration and facility of internet, as well as the wirlpool bath tub :) However, the 2nd and the 3rd nights was terrible, as the air-con still worked as heater while the temperature outside went warm already!! We told the frontdesk (as they control the temp in the room from their), but still so so warm in the bedroom!! |

The decoration and furniture of each suit room is so luxury. Our stay was very pleasant when it's cool outside, as we didn't need the air-con. Very far to walk to the nearest train/MRT station. The air-conditioner in the guestroom control from the front desk!! Which is unconvenient!! We had 2 terribly nights when the weather became warm and the air-con still worked as heater!! |

Our room was beautifully restored to look antique. The room was very large with many upgrades. It was easy to access from the highway. We were never able to access wireless internet and the front desk staff were unable (or unwilling) to help us. It was a bit warm and smelled like room freshener or perfume. |

Large room with a view. A (very comfortable) double bed! (not usual lately in this kind of hotels). Food was excellent although not necessarily a bargain, worth the effort in any case. Nothing, was excellent |

El tamaño de la habitación, los muebles y decoración muy bonitos. limpieza de la habitación. Calefacción deficiente, (se tiene que llamar a recepción para que regule la calefacción , no lo puedes hacer desde la habitación) , sábanas muy desgastadas y rotas, instalaciones de baño muy desgastadas, la calidad y el servicio han bajado muchisimo. |

Habitacion grande,comoda,tiene 2 camas de matrimonio y buena limpieza No funcionaba el hidromasaje de la habitacion,dijeron que lo iban a mirar y al final no hicieron nada,ademas éste no estaba lo suficientemente limpio.No tiene enchufes en el baño |

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Pour les personnes qui aiment le mobilier ancien et les murs ornés de tableaux (peinture du xviii-xix eme). Restaurant correct. Connection wi-fi gratuite dans tout l'hotel. L'isolation thermique et surtout phonique des fenêtres est très insuffisante. Même dans les plus hauts étages on entend bien la circulation. Jacuzzi viellot et rafistolé qui ne donne pas envie d'être utilisé. La salle de bain n'est pas géniale. La chambre dégage une odeur de parfum pas folichonne. Hôtel excentré pas forcément facile d'accès, bien placé pour le transit ou pour des rendez-vous dans le nord-est de Madrid. Le Spa (non inclus) est dans un centre à côté de l'hôtel sans accès direct. |

Aunque sólo he estado dos noches la estancia ha sido muy agradable. El personal muy atentos en todo. Por desgracia el suite que me han asignado daba directamente al M30 y las habitaciones podrian estar insonorizados. |

Las habitaciones eran muy amplias la limpieza,en el jacuzzi salia suciedad y eso le quitaba el encanto al jacuzzi.Las habitacion muy amplia pero demasiado clasicas,el precio del desayuno demasiado elevado.La situacion del hotel donde no hay nada los fines de semana al ser zona de negocios.... |

La limpieza de las habitaciones es mui mala, pos dejan en el baño el papel del albornoz por 3 dias, los polvo era mucho en la mesa. Lo desayuno mucho caro(16€) para la oferta |

La qualité des chambres spacieuses et confortables, bien insonorisées. L'accueil, la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant, la petite terrasse extérieure à côté du bar. L'éloignement par rapport au centre de Madrid : 20 minutes de métro qui, lui-même, ne se trouve pas près de l'hôtel. Le prix élevé du petit déjeuner par rapport à sa qualité. L'hydromassage ne fonctionnait pas. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato recibido, pues el personal te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas y son muy amables. También las instalaciones, que son geniales. La habitación muy bien decorada y amplia. El hotel merece un 10. Si tomas algo en el hotel, es bastante caro. No está cerca del centro, a unas 13 ó 14 paradas de metro de la puerta del Sol, pero hay una parada a unos 400 metros. |

Très bel hotel dans un quartier calme à 10 mn de marche du metro. Suite spacieuse 50m² joliment meublé, accès internet gratuit. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. A recommander. |
