Almost everything, design, comfort, service - all especially good. GHreat location. The 24 hour room service menu was appaling. Absolutely no choice - one soup, one plate of ham and some bread. very, very poor. |

We enjoyed the facilities, the comfort of the room and the location. The hotel is very well located for short visit to Madrid with easy access to the Museums and the Park. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and luxurious. The cost of meals was a little high. We tended to eat out for all meals. |

location was ideal for shopping and relaxing in the Retiro. 15 min walk to the historic center as well. no internet, room service options very poor. |

Location of hotel excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Stayed in twin room. Room was not very appropriate for 2 girls sharing as the bedroom and bathroom were open-plan. No door between them. Lack of privacy. |

Wij hadden de pech dat de Plaza de la Independencia, waaraan het hotel ligt, geheel op de schop was genomen. Dat maakte het bereiken lastig, zowel te voet als met de auto. Over een paar maanden zal dat anders zijn en dan zal het hotel ook beter tot zijn recht komen. |

Gastvrijheid personeel en uitstekende service qua schoonmaak kamer hotel is minder geschikt voor business reizigers althans als je moet werken zou een bureau of tafel wel handig zijn ivm laptop etc. |

l'accueil, le design, les attentions du personnel. Le petit déjeuner buffet est un peu cher mais très bon. attention, au premier étage et sur petite cour les chambres sont quasiment aveugles. En revanche les chambres sur l'arriere et le grand patio, en étage sont parfaites. Au moment où je suis venu, les chambres sur la place de l'indépendance n'était pas disponible, car des travaux sur cette place les rendaient bruyantes. |

très bel hôtel avec déco désign chambres calmes sur l'arrière ,hôtel bien situé près du rétiro et des musées pas de porte pour la salle de bain et pas beaucoup de placards , piscine petite |

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe zu Salamanca und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kein Frühstück |

La habitación es muy comoda y no le falta detalle. Cuando te ofrecen algun servicio deberían avisarte de que es gratuito y que no. |

La gentillesse du personnel t la centralité de l'hôtel Les salles de bains n'ont pas de séparation avec la chambre, ce qui est désagréable. La première chambre ouvrait sur deux patios et on avait des odeurs de cuisine quand on ouvrait la fenêtre |

La atención del personal. La discrección del hotel. La rapidez y calidad en las peticiones al servicio de habitaciones. Las amenities de la habitación La habitación no tenía un espacio cómodo para trabajar con el ordenador, ni en cuanto a mesa (era pequeña y bajita) ni en cuanto a sofá. Nada cómdo para trabajar. Las sábanas nos dejaron los codos totalmente irritados, no se si por los productos de lavado o por la calidad de la ropa de cama. |
