Overall: location. First: the hotel is on a pedestrian area. If you have many suitcases you'll have to walk with your suitcases several times from the taxi (1-block approximately). Second: there's a strong smell (bad smell) coming out from the bathroom plumbing. I requested another room, but it had the same problem. I guess it's a problem of the whole building (which is very old). When you're out of the room for a long time and get back at night (when the plumbing gets dry), the smell is almost unbearable. |

The room size was well above average. The facilities included a flat screen TV, a laptop with free internet access, and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions within walking distance. The reception staff were a little stand-offish. This may be a cultural difference. |

Excellent central location. Comfortable room with high-tech design, including TV and computer. The extensive breakfast buffet is a good start for a day of sightseeing. Arenal is a pedestrian street and the airport taxi will drop you at an adjacent street less than 50 m from the hotel. |

The hotel is very close to Puerta del Sol which is very close to many attractions, shoppings, metro, museuns, bars etc. The bathroom door is transparent. So, there is no privacy when using the bathroom. It is not good if traveling with friends or family. |

The location was great and I liked having a computer in the room when it broke it was fixed quickly the price was also good I was in a room that was ment for a family because ther e was a set of bunk beds in the room(in a closet) and I would not put someone in there who minded noise, it was fine for me . |

The location is excellent, on a busy pedestrian street close to metros, etc. The breakfast was good and served in cosy rooms in the basement. Staff was kind and serviceminded. |

This hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of madrid. You are near so many of the wonderful attractions that Madrid has to offer. Staff were great and the breakfast is cheap but plentiful. |

It is in the heart of Madrid. Easy access to everywhere. Perfect location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room had an available computer to use in the room. |

The hotel was close to transportation, shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and provided information as to recommended places to see and where to eat. Located on a pedestrian street it was a great location in the city. |

la ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de todo, y es un hotel muy agradable y fácil para pasar unos días en Madrid es una calle muy ruidosa, aunque esto no es un problema del hotel |

La posizione dell'hotel è centralissima, la camera che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa e confortevole. Le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore che provenisse dalla strada e dalle altre camere, si sentiva anche il passaggio della metropolitana.Abbiamo viaggiato altre volte in città turistiche in hotel di questa categoria e alla reception ci hanno fornito all'arrivo di piccole mappe, info su musei e principali attrazzioni della città, in questo hotel non ci è stato fornito nulla di questo genere, e di mappe , pubblicità varie nemmeno l'ombra. |

La ubicacion es buenisima. El personal muy agradable. Al ser tan céntrico, se oye mucho por la noche el ruido de la calle, pero hay que tener en cuenta que era fin de semana. |
