It's fantastically located, being right off of the Plaza de Espana in the heart of the city. It's an incredible value when you note the location.

It's very basic, no luxuries, and the staff speaks minimal English. However, the location is fabulous, and the price is extremely reasonable based on location.

no heating, no hair dryer, no wi-fi, no minibar, no TV(only 4 spanish channel) and no sunshine in the room.

The hotel is very basic. the staff have very poor english. the locatio of the hotel is ok but the street outside s a large building site

Internet wi-fi was not available in the room, only in the lobby.

i have seen rubbish but that hotel takes the biscuit. dire. the whole placfe badly, badly needs refurbishing.

There was no heating in the mornings. And it was freezing cold in the room.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour se rendre au centre ville et aux sites à visiter, très bien situé. Le confort est correct pour quelques jours. L'accueil est agréable malgré la barrière linguistique.

Une petite chose mais qui a de l'importance dans le confort : la moquette au sol dans les chambres devrait être remplacée par un revêtement plus hygiénique. Je pense que ce n'est pas très sain en général, mais en particulier dans un lieu de passage ; de plus elle était tâchée (c'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai indiqué que la propreté de la chambre était moyenne, mais le reste de la chambre était très propre). Par ailleurs la proximité du centre ville rend la rue très bruyante la nuit, à préciser pour les personnes qui ne supportent pas cela.

L'albergo è molto centrale e comodo, il prezzo è buono, ma l'odore della hall e i mobili vecchi rovinano di gran lunga l'immagine dell'albergo
