Very comfortable room - nice also to have a bath. Good position - close to a great restaurant precinct and very close to the Thyssen and Prada museums. Free wifi in the room.

Altho friendly, the concierge could be more knowledgeable about the area and attractions. A work desk would have been appreciated. Lighting was very dim.

Great location in the Barrio de las Letras, close to Plaza Santa Ana etc. Design and furnishing of the room and hotel were excellent.

The air conditioning in the room only worked intermittently. As we were only in the hotel for one evening, there was little to be done about this.

staff not very helpful on check in., however domestic staff very friendly and helpful. Room was ok, a little on the small side with very little storage space, fixtures and fittings in some areas were under par.

amenityies could be improved such as adding more variety. also rubbish bin was really small and only in bath room, hope there was one more bin in bedroom.

The hotel is really nice, as well as the location.

When we paid at check-out, we were asked if we want a receipt only after paying (which was strange in itself), only to find out that we had paid for a minibar consumption we never actually consumed. As it was to late, we did not feel like complaining, but we will certainly not go back to this hotel.

I actually didn't stay more than a couple of hours because it wasn't exactly what I expected.

Yes. I didn't like the fact that it is a maze and that it's a very dark building. I also didn't like the fact that there was no bar or restaurant service by the time I arrived, 3pm.

Really friendly staff, good service. Amazing location and nice rooms with space.

The walls were a bit thin, you could hear people walking in the corridor.

Staff was attentive, courteous and multilingual. Room was clean and artistically designed. Centrally located, yet very quiet. Excellent value for a 4-star hotel.
