Petit Palace Plaza Málaga

Location was perfect. Right on Larios street. Walking distance to most everything.

This is a remodeled hotel and they chose the high-tech look. However, they sacrificed comfort for looks. Rooms are small, furniture is minimized, no place to put anything in bathroom. Carpet on hallways very dirty.

The location was unbeatable, so close to shops and wonderful restaurants! My teens loved the laptop in room with free internet access. Decor of room and bath were very modern and tasteful.

Laptop in room. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Location.

Fantastic. We had a pc in room with free web access. Great modern design rooms. The best position in city center and you can also walk to the beach. No need to have a car!

Nothing at all to criticise.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Malaga old town could not have been better. The provision of a laptop and free internet access in the room was excellent. Clean, good air-conditioning and tidy throughout.

Breakfast was disappointing. 2 out of 3 days the coffee was either cold or had run out and the hot food was not the best.

The central location and the helpfull staff

Excellent location for old town, providing you don't have a car as you won't be able to park it less than half a mile away if you're lucky. Very helpfull and pleasant staff.

Can't say we were keen on the bathroom door, which does not provide a great deal of privacy. Air conditioning controls were difficult to understand and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated, but they're all minor points.

Perfect location, good facilities, pleasant rooms, reasonable price.

Great location. Good shower. Internet access in room. Quiet.

Very dark and lacking in atmosphere. Very poor breakfast. Staff came into room even though I had put do not disturb notice on the door. Bed was supposed to be a double but was actually 2 singles and if you ventured into the middle you fell into the gap. Air conditioning changed temp all the time so had to get up in the night to change itwhen you were either freezing or boiling!!

The excellent location in Malaga. The efficiency of the organisation and the comfort and convenience of the facilities.

Theoratically, the position of the hotel is fantastic as it is right in the very heart of Malaga's old town. However, parking is very difficult and staff not helpful.

We were highly disappointed by the hotel and booking.com's offer. We had booked a double room in a 4 star hotel - what we got was a better broom closet with slots for windows, at maximum suitable for single use. To sell it for double use at any rate is simply unexcaptable. When we asked to change, no other rooms were available. The receptionist was rude and totally indifferent. We called upon arrival to tell the receptionist where our GPS had led us and to ask for the closest parking. Apparently we were right next to it, but instead he sent us to another parking requiring us to drive around to the other end of the city centre and wasting another hour of time. The next day we got robbed in the parking the hotel had recommended. Never again!
