The location of the hotel is convenient. The environment is quiet.

It's a pity that their bed is not king bed but a two-together bed.

The staff were very good and helpful and the location was good for buses trains and taxis and the old city.

We would love to return to this hotel but before we do they will have to ban smoking in the reception/bar area because being non smokers we could not relax in that part of the hotel due to at sometimes excesive smoke which we did point out to the manager at the time and when departing the hotel.The next questions are answered based on the non smoking as stated.We were also not informed that at present there is building work going on at the back of the hotel . which had us awake at 07.45 Monday to Friday due to the noise.

Location, interior, price

Stylish comfortable room, great staff, good location near shopping street and bus/train station.

wifi didn't work in the room, only in the lobby, but we received breakfast for free as compensation :)

Great staff, very helpful & pleasant to talk too. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but view was poor but OK for a couple of days

Dining room is in the basement so not much natural light making it a bit gloomy

Location excellent. Helpful receptionist on first night called kitchen to make them aware our friends on a delayed flight were en route. Food - served at 11pm in the restaurant - was superb: our compliments and thanks to the chef (and waiter) for staying late to cook us an exquisite meal. Decor of reception/bar was superb - modern but very comfortable and welcoming. Staff in general were very friendly and approachable.

Certain finishing touches -which would have cost very little money or time - were missing. Eg bathroom supplies were inadequate for people coming on a weekend break and packing light, the room had 2 champagne glasses but just one tumbler (this was apparently the same in other guests rooms) and an empty mini bar. Some bottled water at least would have been good. Ceiling panel in bathroom was loose and rattled every time the door was opened - this was mentioned to the receptionist who said that previous guests had also mentioned it but it was like that for the maintenance personnel - clearly unacceptable. Lampshade in bathroom missing. Some wiring in bathroom exposed. (All minor details easily fixed but would make a big difference).

The design of the hotel is very nice. The location is quite good. The staff was very kind and prompt to solve any question very quickly.

The staff was very kind, but a little bit of lack of experience. This is a four star hotel, and some improvement work has to be done for the services they provide. Examples: there was a minibar in the room, but it was empty; onde day they forgot to clean the room

It was nice quality all the way around, Its comfortable beds and staff made it a pleasant stay.

the hotel was in a great location for shopping and sight seeing in Palma it was clean and rooms were comfortable.

I found the staff very helpful never made eye contact when we tried to attract their attention. At breakfast once the food ran out it was not replenished. Thought the staffs attitude let the hotel down.

We were assigned a room in the building next door and there was no elevator.

Large enought rooms, good location right in the centre of the city, quiet and peaceful place, clean rooms with a really nice decoration (minimal, but cosy) great bathroom, just great urban hotel!! And I spent 70 for a room for night - would definetely come back!!!!

On our arrival we found out that the room which was given to us was smaller than a room for a friend of mine, who was staying on her own. So we had to change. Then we found out that there was no hairdrier in a room, so we asked for it at the recepton and they said that there were some of them being fixed, but somehow they "borrowed" it from another room. Another thing was that our large bath towell was with holes)))) but they easily replaced it!!!

We liked the situation of the hotel wich was perfect central and close to everyting including Placa de Espanya.

We had some problem with the light in the room but the staff fixed it the day after.
