The German couple who run the hostel and the friendly, professional staff try their utmost to offer the best service possible and to keep all of their guests happy and satisfied. With only 30 rooms, you can be sure of individualised, personalised care and attention, with plenty of good tips and great advice on how to enjoy your holiday.
The hotel is open all year round, but the opening hours for reception vary during the year.
From May to September reception is open everyday, from 07:00 to 00:00.
From October to April reception is open everyday from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.
If you arrive outside of these opening hours, please call the telephone number included on your confirmation email and someone will arrive in less than 10 minutes in order to let you in.
Puerto Alcudia is a great place for sportive activities: you can rent sailing boats and surf boards, go diving, horse riding or you can visit the newly opened gym with a swimming pool. Around Puerto Alcudia are fantastic beautiful spots to go hiking. And with a bicyclette you are very quick in the mountains or, if you want to take it easy, you go in the other direction, where it is flat and therefore less exhausting e.g. to the Albufera National Park.

The friendliness of the staff at the reception welcome and in general. The shared kitchen was very useful too. The smoking in the breakfast / eating area. Even though there is a 'no-smoking' part, the smoke just drifts through. The owner is a smoker, Spain doesn't have rules about smoking in hotels and restaurants and so the combination makes for an unpleasant environment for the majority of us non-smokers. Maybe it should have a special category of 'smokers hotel'? |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, In an ideal location 2minutes walk from the port and the beach and the main attractions. I had hoped for a little bit more for breakfast but it wasn't bad! |

The Hotel staff were very welcoming any friendly, they made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast was very basic, could have done with more off a selection. |

Front desk was nice. Room was clean for the price Bathroom was really tiny! Room was very basic. Breakfast could have used some fresh fruit or an extra toaster. |

Very family and friendly hotel, very nice working staff. Good hotel for less money. The location couldnt be better, near beach and shopping. I will come back, thats for sure. The room and closet was damp and smell mould, that wasnt so nice. |

Esta muy centrico y es muy barato. El ba/no es minimo y se sale el agua del lavabo. Hay ruido de alguna maquina y hace frio en la habitacion. |

el hostal Calma lo denominaria como su nombre indica.. Calma, en muy buen lugar y muy comodo. ademas muy economico y bastante limpio. lo unico malo es que en la noche hubo una fuerte tormenta, pero del resto le doy un 10. |

Enkelt men rent rum med dusch - precis vad man behöver! Kassaskåp för 1 euro/dag, rimligt. Frukosten var inte dålig men heller inte mycket att "hänga i julgranen". Skulle hellre ha betalat mindre för rummet och valt själv vad jag ville ha. |
