food, location, close to main shopping mall and bus station. 10 min walk from the famous pool on the sea. the hotel is built on the mountain, so the second pool was on a high platform at almost the 5th floor level We found on our last day while packing a pack of gum that we never used under the table, meaning that that part was not cleaned for atleast 1 week... still the rooms were very clean other than that. |

La ubicacion , el personal de recepcion son muy serviciales, agradables, al igual que el socorrista, calidad precio esta muy bien, es un hotel recomendable mejorando un poco lo que pondre en el cuadro de lo q menos nos gusto a nosotros, Un poco ruidoso si te toca la habitacion en el lado de la carretera , falta un poco de limpieza en la habitacion( polvo) |

Lo bien comunicado que está pues, a pocos metros hay transporte para muchos lugares de la isla. Es muy tranquilo, el servicio y la atención es muy bueno-a. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y ver el mar desde ellas es un lujo. Deberían reponer los colchones porque te clavas los muelles así como mejorar el buffet del desayuno y almuerzo pues se queda un poco justo, pero tiene una variedad aceptable para el precio que pagué. |

Esta en reformas y lo menos que podían haber hecho era avisar antes de realizar la compra.El hotel está bastante deteriorado y no es un hotel 4 estrellas, para nada.La piscina climatizada tiene el agua helada. El desayuno de muy baja calidad, todos los productos de segunda. |

Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, prima kamers, goede service, uitstekend ontbijt, zwembad, garage, gratis draadloos internet, kluis tegen betaling in kamer. Bed was nogal hard, te hard naar mijn mening. Verder hotel nogal gericht op duitse klanten, net als overig Tenerife, Dat betekent dus Duitse muziek in lounge en bar......... |

Los espacios abiertos y las dos zonas de piscinas, con muchas sombras y muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno servido por gente muy profesional y cercana. El aparcamiento es gratis. Ideal para pasar unos dias. Nada, un hotel fantastico. |
