We were given an excellent apartment location and the complex layout was pleasant and relaxing. Desperately in need of modernisation, the apartment was slightly smelly. |

Excellent Location. Friendly Staff. Good Entertainment. Beautiful Pools. Good Spacious Apartments. No Airconditioning. Apartments can be very warm at night. |

Close to the main areas of Puerto del Carmen but still peaceful and relaxing at night. Beautiful gardens and nice pool area. Only complaint was the floor in the apartment was not swept properly and whoever stayed there before obviously had black hair! |

Friendly Staff. Nice pool and surroundings kept very clean.The area was very hilly for old folk like us. But we really enjoyed our stay. |

good selfcatering rooms; fully equiped. very clean. no airco so rooms very hot even with window open which wasnt really recommended on the 1st floor but so hot.Internet not working in rooms. |

Value for money. 2 bed apartment prefect for large family. Walking distance to beach shops and restaurants. We stayed for 1 week bed linen was'nt changed. Very thing else was fine. |

there used to be a buffet for lunch and breakfast. there is no more now and the food at the apartaments is not great is expensive and service slow. |

dicht bij "fatsoenlijke" supermarkt (spar), dicht bij strand, prima plek voor snorkelaars / duikers (400 meter lopen), niet zo duur, voldoende stoelen rond zwembad Meeste appartementen zijn oud en toe aan renovatie. Schoonmaak kan echt beter, badkamer was ronduit vervallen. Buffet, zowel ontbijt als diner zag er wat beperkt uit qua keuze, dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es que está muy céntrico y es muy acogedor El servicio de limpieza a la hora de hacernos la habitación, la camarera llegó con mucha prisa y no se esmeró lo suficiente. |

Cercano a la playa, apartamento amplio, con cocina, bien equipad No hay aire acondicionado, no hay secador pelo en el baño. Sólo se veia la tve 1, no resto de canales. |

Het appartement was goed en ruim voor 2 personen. De ligging t.o.v. winkels en restaurantjes ook uitstekend. Er wordt door het personeel weinig gedaan aan luidruchtige gasten en het eten in het restaurant is absoluut niet te eten. Tevens wordt er te weinig schone handdoeken gegeven. |

Hotel tranquilo. La encargada del comedor era encantadora. Necesita una buena rehabilitación. Los apartamentos son espaciosos pero todo está bastante viejo. |
