Perfect location, kitchen and sitting room areas were nice and big and well equipped, the spa was a nice distraction when the weather was bad. The power of the shower was good. Reception staff were pleasant.

The apartment complex does not have any double beds. So our bed was two singles pushed together. This is fairly common, so we didn't mind too much. But what made it worse was that they also have no double sheets, duvets etc. This made for some uncomfortable nights' sleep. On two of our 8 nights, there was prolonged shouting from a neighbouring apartment at around 1am and 5am. There was a baby in the apartment below us who also woke us up a few times. You can pretty much hear everything from the adjoining rooms and so I'd say you'd be lucky to get a peaceful night's sleep. The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Alot of stray cats were wandering the complex. Having to pay for a safe is a bit stingey.

Hotel gave easy access to the beech and shopping area's and had a relaxing atmosphere,

On the whole the hotel is very good, however from the point of view of kids safety, the balcony has a very low front and is an accident waiting to happen, Also there is a large number of wild cats roaming the grounds of the hotel, Horrible !!!!

Good location for local amenities

Lack of space in public areas. Wood work on doors and balconies need repainting.

Central Location near restaurants and entertainment. Common areas and rooms very clean . Staff very friendly and helpful.

During the week our neighbours made a lot of noise very late into the night. We complained but there was no significant improvment over the courses of three nights.

we stayed there for five days and our room was not cleaned once and we were not given any new towels

The staff at reception excellent and extremely helpful. Great location right in the middle of the beach front and well kept beaches.

Broken sun beds and faulty electrics

The location and price were what made us decide to book this hotel, however I would not have done so if the reviews were not good. The reviews were great and they lived up to them. We were thrilled with everything about the hotel and would highly recomend it to anyone.

Great size apartment, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, great location near nice restaurants and the beach, internet access was handy, lovely pool area and handy snack bar which was very reasonable.

Towels and bed linen was not changed all week we were there. Bed Clothing looks old and never felt that it was really clean. Apartment safe did not work even when they tried to fix it, kettle was faulty and two light bulbs went while we were there, the hotel staff did however fix anything that went wrong just felt bit like being in Fawlty Towers at times.

Detail: duurde lang (paar uur) eer we de paspoorten terugkregen bij inchecken, ze moesten er kopieën van maken. Officieel mogen ze de paspoorten helemaal niet in bezit hebben als de houder er niet bij is. Verder geen klachten.
