The hotel was in a good position not too far from the centre to walk but far enough away to be out of most of the noise from late night revellers although a room away from the road would be preferable.Right near to the market and quite close to everything else.Lovely rooms for category of hotel

Our bedroom was quite noisy one night think something was going on locally so ask for a quiet room at the back

The staff was really helpful, and spoke English well. The room was very tastefully decorated and the setting, overlooking the street was nice.

Unfortunately it was extremely noisy, both nights - but in fairness, it was the 24 & 25 of July, the Santiago festival.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. It was in a great location - just next to the old town and the market. Air conditioning was excellent.

This is a well run centrally located hotel with a price that cant be matched!Rooms are smallish but with all mod cons so cant complain1

La habitación exquisitamente decorada, el trato del personal excelente y muy amable y la cercania al centro.

Por sacarle algún pero; ya que siempre se puede mejorar: Poner un radiador en el baño para calentarlo en invierno e intentar reducir las particulas de polvo q hay en el ambiente (no quiere decir que haya suciedad)

La atención del personal ha sido excelente y las instalaciones y servicios estupendos. Lo recomendaria para estancia en santiago de compostela. Volveria al mismo hotel. He viajado con dos niños pequeños y el trato y las comodidades ofrecidas han sido excelentes.

Francamente me he llevado una desilusión, ya estuve en otra ocasión y la habitación realmente me gustó, pero esta vez para empezar el recepcionista me facilitó al inicio la tarjeta para hospedarme en una habitación que ni siquiera tenía las camas hechas, posteriormente me pidió disculpas y me facilitó la tarjeta de otra, la cual era totalmente diferente a lo esperado por mi anterior experiencia, el ruido era terrible por parte de arriba, y, evidentemente, con semejante diferencia entre las habitaciones (mobiliario, los cables de la tv, por ejemplo, colgaban por detrás, la tapa del servicio estaba totalmete suelta, el resto de cuartos de baño estaban adornados con gresite, no así como éste, etc)la calidad precio no se ha hecho patente.
